They hit my CC twice . Now have to wait 3-5 days to get it back into my account
The location was the best part of stay.
Very basic place. No mattress encasements. No bed bugs present. Would have felt more comfortable with fully encased mattress. Very basic room. The pool was out of service. Another hotels pool was offered. But I booked thinking the pool was working.
Good staff at checkin

How hot and stuffy the pool area is
Very clean and cinvenient

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
Very clean
The gym under age was without supervision
The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
We booked for the airshow weekend so we were paying a premium price so I would expect hotel management would staff appropriately. When we arrived on Friday night, the lady at the front desk was doing her best to check in all of the arrivals that evening. We had booked a king suite with three adults since my teenager is considered an adult. One would think that our room would have extra sheets and blanket so he could use the sofa bed but we had to ask for those things. But since the front desk person was so busy, my husband had to walk down and get them. Then we had to wait for her to bring us up pillows. I don't blame her at all. She was very nice and doing her very best. The next morning, there was barely any breakfast and they had no coffee left after 8. Sunday morning, breakfast was late and we had to leave so we bought breakfast out of our way from where we were going since there isn't anything open on that exit that early on Sunday. Very inconvenient when you planned on eating at the hotel and paid for a hotel with breakfast. . I didn't really see more than one person around so I would think most of the issue is staffing but the person there really wasn't hustling to get breakfast out either. The room was clean and nice but I do think for a big weekend of visitors, more attention should have been placed on hospitality.
Room was nice and had 2 TVs but the mattresses were old and uncomfortable and the pool was a joke. Absolutely tiny.
Old mattresses and a tiny pool that can only fit 1 family at a time
Nice hotel, courteous staff
no complaints
