Pros:

beautiful hotel, very well located, we spent Oktoberfest here. This was a great location to stage a multi day adventure from. everything is walking distance.

Very modern hotel right in the heart of Munich. The rooms and property were excellent. Breakfast was excellent.
Walkable in all directions to parks, museums, shopping and Oktoberfest fun.

Excellent room and accommodations. Exactly as advertised. We were allowed to check in early after arriving on over night flight. Easy walk to city hall and main square. Large English garden park very close where we watched surfers on the river. We highly recommend Unsold. It is in quiet side of town and easy to get to by metro.

Hotel is very clean, personnel were able to answer questions and give guidance. Hotel is a walk to restaurants and shopping area. But you could cab it.
Thought the price of hotel was a bit high if you compared it to same type of hotel. It’s a very industrial feeling. But again it’s very clean and kept up well.
