Das Hotel ist leider mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nicht so gut zu erreichen

Pri príchode nastal veľký chaos. Na recepcii nikto nebol a kľúč nám odovzdával čašník. Hneď sa ospravedlňoval, že niekto vymenil čipovú kartu z inej izby, čo nebol taký problém. Izba nebola vôbec pripravená pre 6 dospelých, ako sme si objednali. Boli pripravené len dve postele a teda aj osušky a podobne. Čašník po niekoľkých telefonátoch a desiatkach ospravedlnení nám dal náhradnú izbu. Bol to kráľovský apartmán. Povedali sme si: „Super, aký luxus!“ No ale nesvietili nám všetky svetlá. V sprche bola tma. Ale čo bolo najhoršie, jeden radiátor v spálni vydával divné zvuky a nedal sa zavrieť. Večer na recepcii nebol nikto, tak to nebolo komu nahlásiť. Neostávalo nič iné, len ho pozakrývať všetkým možným a trpieť celú noc. Ráno recepčný po telefonátoch odstavil od kúrenia celý apartmán. Potom tam bolo trocha chladno, ale dalo sa to prežiť.
Tento hotel by som už asi nezvolil.
V bare žiadne miešané drinky.

We encountered a number of issues which made our stay overall very disappointing. Probably the poorest value for money we experienced to date.

Booking direct will give you better rates than going via this platform, which we haven't encountered before.

Room was spacious and nicely decorated, but visibly poorly maintained. Floors and furniture are stained and dirty, there are gross looking squashed insect stains on the walls (mosquitos).
We asked for the room to be refreshed and cleaned but were told that the cleaning lady had an accident that day and that cleaning service is unavailable until the next day. We appreciate these things can happen, it did, however, made the experience unpleasant.

The window shutters can't be opened and what could be a bright room with nice garden views, is a secluded and enclosed looking environment.

Although the hotel is situated next to a forest and is surrounded by greenery with lots of insects, there are no insect nets on the windows. So when you leave windows open for fresh air, loads of insects invade rooms through the shutter gaps.

Our room was on the first floor right above the kitchen and cooking smells filled the room. This could be unpleasant, but we spent most of the day outdoors.

Breakfast service is poorly managed.

The hotel suffers from a lack of staffing in general and could do much better with more hands on deck.

At the moment, with the current service offering, the place is seriously overpriced and we truly felt ripped off :) We took the chance on a new venue we've never been to before in Zagreb and missed this time around.

I must say that the new manager whom I shared some of this feedback with was very kind, receptive to feedback, understanding, and it's a gesture that goes a long way.

I hope the place improves, as it does have exceptional potential to offer something unique and charming.

The door of our apartment was damaged, almost impossible to enter with card, better maintenance is required

Cleaning, the bugs (when we arrived, the windows were opened and because there is a forest near, some bugs were all around the place).

A little far from the center of town but didn’t bother us as the walk into to the city was lovely.
