First day the smoke alarm wouldn’t stop beeping and we couldn’t sleep. They said they’d give us a $40 refund but we have yet to receive since checking out.

The comfort of all the facilities provided made me feel at home. The bed was amazing. Wifi was great.
There was some minor damage of the furnishing e.g. the towel holder and the toilet paper holder were broken. The windows were dirty and there were traces on the night stand from a water glass.
The property was close to the downtown area.
The property was not well kept. The apartment was not cleaned and consequently the floors and walls were dirty, the corners of the walls had cobwebs, and the bathroom’s ceiling tiles kept falling. Additionally, the apartment was not conducive to couples as the living room had only one chair and no couch. The bedroom was decent however there were also cobwebs in that area too.
The traffic noise was unbearable! Four emails and four phone calls in order to get access codes. Requested parkin and needed to call to get information that they had none. Communication not exceptable.

The location was a bit far from the city center
The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. Not too far from the city center, supermarket nearby.
The apartment and the whole building was not even remotely soundproof while located on a noisy street. Windows were almost to the floor but some curtains were broken and repaired only on our last day. The parking that was advised by the owners costed 35 usd per hour and situation with parking on the street was not explained.
Really nice apartment, very well equipped! We really appreciated the washing machine and dryer access.
The access code to the building didn't work so we had to make a couple of calls.
There were a couple of broken elements in the bathroom.
Everything is exactly as described . Communication was quick and clear.
The only thing that would make me reconsider staying again is the inflexibility that other hotels would typically provide (late check out, leave bag or luggage, receiving mail or packages). Great for low maintenance traveling, not great for a business trip where there are a thousand moving parts at once.
Extremely easy with the code. It was clean the bed size wasn’t the size that is promoted. We asked for a queen It was a full. extremely loud while we were there early in the morning like they were doing some sort of construction above us, not outside in the apartment above us. About 6am. We asked to extend her say it was really easy to communicate that but then they still change the combination at the time that we are originally supposed to check out so we could not go anywhere we couldn’t order food so we’re just stuck in our room until I had to leave. Which was a bummer
