Quite far away from the city center. No food variety for brrakfast. Friendly staff, big room.

Very close to the concert venue I was going to, and also to the train stations. They also serve breakfast to your room.

Very nice colonial building of 100 years old. Spacious nice room. Hot water shower. Quiet place, no mosque nearby.

Nice facilities, cold water was available for re-filling bottles. AC worked great, room was clean.

We booked this hotel because it was really close to the train station and we needed an accommodation for the night to catch the train early in the morning.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. We can definitely recommend it.

It was close enough to the city (within walking distance) but located in a quiet suburb. It’s a budget hotel so I did MOT come with expectations of a fancy place. The hotel has been around for sometime but the bed is comfortable, air conditioning works, the rooms and hotel is clean and there is a night desk/guard. For a solo traveller it was an excellent hotel

Good room, air con & wifi both worked well, reception were helpful and kindly adapted the breakfast to suit a more western diet, hotel was quiet which was nice and the surrounding area is very nice too.

Fantastic place. Old heritage building with high ceilings, well maintained. Big, clean room with high ceilings, decent aircon. Good WiFi with no interruptions. Exceptionally quiet, rare in an Indonesian city. Located in a posh area of Jogja, with low traffic and wide roads, similar to Jakarta's Menteng, but still a 15 min walk from Malioboro and the train station. About 5 minutes form Raminten restaurant (cheap and great local food in a unique setting). Helpful and unobtrusive staff. Great value.

The location was very convenient as it is in the center of town. I much liked the rooms and we rented 3 rooms which were also well placed for our family. The white towels were great!!

The simple breakfast included in the price was perfect, too! Staff very courteous and always ready to lend a hand.

I must say that the service and quality of this accommodation is well above my expectation as the prices were not expensive at all! So if one is in need of a budgeted accommodation but wants great quality, I suggest you try this pkace out 😊😊😊

Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were great, walking distance from malioboro. Breakfast was adequate and staffs were nice and helped us to call for cabs. Wifi was slightly weak in rooms and requires to be in the common space to use it better.

My friends and I booked 3 standard rooms and stayed a night at this hotel. Hotel is clean, and walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes) to Malioboro Street. Room is also clean, and there's a partition between the washroom and the shower place. Breakfast is simple, but sufficient. Air condition works well, and located about 15 minutes drive from the airport. Free wifi and works well even in the room.

Only setback is, during my check in, the receptionist is not friendly.

Situated in very peaceful area, neat and clean room. Walking distance to TUGU and Malioboro Street situated in heart of the city. Highly recomended. Nice breakfast and room service many area is just walking distance from here.
