Pros:

La posizione è un po' così, sopra il tetto di un centro commerciale, è il tipico albergo per trasfertisti, ma la mia camera era ampia (come il bagno privato interno), calda e pulita, con mini bar, cassaforte. La colazione abbondante a buffet con tantissimi prodotti di buona qualità.

Cons:

Il materasso duro, cuscini sottili, nel bagno (nonostante il cartello enorme sulla porta vietato fumare) c'era un fortissimo odore di sigaretta. I succhi di frutta della colazione sapevano di medicinale.

La signora che se ne occupa è stata gentilissima
Tra l'altro è la stessa che, insieme al compagno (presumo), si siano preoccupati di rimediare ad un inconveniente non da poco.

Cons:

All'arrivo la luce della stanza non funzionava (tra l'altro sul quadro elettrico si notava una striatura giallastra, presumo segno di un precedente guasto/cortocircuito)
Dopo aver fatto presente più volte alla signorina in reception il problema (alle 21:30 e oltre di sera, mentre fuori pioveva, dopo ore di viaggio e un impegno non indifferente per riuscire ad organizzare questo viaggio), l'unica soluzione che è riuscita a propormi, senza neanche provare a simulare la minima empatia o dispiacere per l'inconveniente, è stata "l'unica cosa che posso fare è ridarle i soldi e magari si va a cercare un'altra struttura"

Tagliando corto e dicendo che aveva solo stanze singole (mentre avevamo prenotato una matrimoniale)
La soluzione è arrivata solo quando io, abbastanza "calorosamente", le ho fatto notare che a quell'ora, con la pioggia e dopo le difficoltà superate per riuscire ad essere lì, le ho fatto notare che sarebbe stato sufficiente unire i due letti singoli in un'altra camera e rifarli con un completo matrimoniale, soluzione a cui lei stessa avrebbe dovuto pensare anziché perdere due clienti con quell'indifferenza.
Dopo 10 minuti la stanza alternativa era magicamente pronta (grazie alla signora della colazione e ad un altro dipendente)
