Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed feedback: many guests report rooms as 'very clean' and 'didn’t smell like cigarettes', but multiple reports of smelly carpets/hallways, mildew smell, dirty halls, sticky bathroom floors and even roaches justify a below-target score.
Service
8.5
Generally praised: numerous comments about helpful, stellar and exceeded-expectations staff and upgrades at check-in; isolated complaints about slow or rude front-desk and an incident of unauthorized charging lower the rating slightly.
Location
9
Consistently strong: many reviewers call the location 'perfect', 'great', 'near stadium' and very convenient for needs and events.
Room Quality
7
Mixed: several guests praised comfortable beds, nice sheets and spacious rooms; others reported smelly rooms, having to change rooms multiple times, sticky floors and noise issues, resulting in a moderate score.
Amenities
7.5
Mixed comments: breakfast is often praised, but issues noted with wifi reliability, pool ventilation and lack of pool towels and some language/service friction affecting perceived amenity quality.
Value for Money
8.5
Generally positive: 'great price' and repeat-stay intent cited; one serious negative (being charged nearly double) is an outlier but noted, overall perceived as good value.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast frequently described as good, fresh and hot by many guests, though some noted crowded or poorly supervised dining areas and occasional disruptive guests during service.
Overall Experience
9
Overall favorable for many guests who described stays as fantastic, comfortable and likely to return; however, a minority had very negative experiences (rude staff, cancellations, severe cleanliness issues) but majority sentiment is positive.
