Stay was good except for Friday night.
Cons:

People in floor above us. Sounded like kids were left alone in the room and were jumping from the bed to the floor until 12:00. Also bathroom floor felt sticky and dirty. Only 2 wash cloths for 2 days for 2 people.

Cons:

Waited 10 minutes in an empty lobby for staff of some sort. When she did show up, she literally moved at a snails pace, gave me nothing but attitude, very flippant in general! Then we find out they canceled my booking without notifying me, then charged me almost double my reservation cost to stay, but we needed a room. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable, you could hear everything in the surrounding rooms and hall. We had to kill 2 roaches attempting to get in our luggage. The shower head was all over the place except for where you needed it. Too many lights tied to one switch. We will NEVER stay there again!

Great hotel
Pros:

This hotel is nice and in a great location, I went for work and the lady at the front desk gave me a upgrade to accommodate me with a suite with a tub, twice.

I love it. Cool rooms and nice sheets
Pros:

That it was very clean and didn’t smell like cigarettes. Breakfast was fresh and hot.

Cons:

Night no security random ppl not boomed allowed in and out police had to on called homeless guest sleeping in the dinning area while we were eating breakfast room smelt musty got home and I could smell the same smell on my clean clothes when I got home. Pool area no ventilation never pool towels were available front desk never answered the phones

Overall it was a fantastic stay and we will absolutely stay here again when we come back for soccer development camps ne
Pros:

It was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, it was the absolute best location for where we needed to go, it was very spacious. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that there were people sitting outside the main door smoking cigarettes almost every single time we went in and out.
