Sehr schelet

Cons:

Das Apartment war in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Es gab keinen Föhn, die Bettwäsche war alt und es roch unangenehm. Ein veraltetes Hotel. Die Bilder sind nicht aktuell. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Das Hotel Apartament ist eine alte Gebäude nicht sauber und nicht aktuelle Bilder. Alles war miserabel. Der Kiste und Bettwäsche war mit Blut und so weiter mit Urin. Schlechte Internetverbindung und alles alt

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Uns gefällt die Lage . Von der Autobahn schnell zu erreichen und man kann mit Hund gut laufen . Die Zimmer haben eine schöne Größe und die kleine Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet . Ausserdem hat man über WhatsApp immer einen Ansprechpartner ,falls Probleme auftauchen .

L’emplacement la facilité de pouvoir se garer devant l’appartement était très bien et propre il nous a été donné un petit panier et une gamelle pour notre chien nous avons même eu des chocolats à notre arrivée la salle de bain était très bien les serviettes étaient fournies et les draps étaient très bien pour nous ce n’est pas en coton mais franchement tout était propre et pas désagréable

Gut, Stadtnähe und schnell im Hinterland von Luzern für Ausflüge
Pros:

Gute Lage, für uns gut da wir es gerne unkompliziert haben. Die Einrichtung ist gut aber wirklich minimal und etwas abgenutzt.

Cons:

Das Einchecken hat uns Probleme gemacht. Eventuell liegt es an uns, wir sind nicht so reiseerfahren. Ich habe viele (zu viele, was ist wichtig, was nicht!!??) WhatsApp Nachrichten erhalten. Ich habe auch die App installiert. Ich bin davon ausgegangen das wir einen (Einmal) Code erhalten um hinein zu kommen. Das war nicht der Fall. Wir kommen wir nun hinein? Gut kam gerade ein Gast heraus und wir konnten uns im Vorraum anmelden und die Schlüsselkarte aktivieren. Nicht gut finde ich das dort nochmals zusätzliche Kosten ( Warum nicht vorher bezahlen?) anfallen und diese nur per Twint bezahlbar sind. Was macht jemand an dieser Stelle der nicht Twint hat? Er kann die Schlüsselkarte nicht aktivieren, oder ?
