Pros:

Staff was nice

Cons:

It smelled like mildew, the beds were uncomfortable, the pool smelled like pee, the floors in the room were absolutely nasty!

Great stay. Everyone is so friendly.
Pros:

Have stayed at this hotel 2 different times while visiting family in South Vienna and Springfield. Perfect location. Very clean. Very friendly. Kids love the pool and the breakfast.

Pros:

Everything was great! I wish I remembered the lady's name who checked us in. She had great makeup and ear plugs! She was absolutely wonderful both nights! Super friendly and helpful! Definitely came to my rescue with a bandaid lol

Cons:

Breakfast was great as well! Rooms were clean and comfortable and very roomy! Hot hot water and the pool was great too.

Comfortable, 2 night stay with family
Pros:

Neat and clean room. Decent breakfast, but would have liked some fruit served as well. Kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

Beds were clean and comfortable, but too soft (like in many other hotels). Requested for early check-in (12 pm) while booking, but did not receive a response. We called the hotel, but they could not accommodate our request.

It was clean. The tv would not connect to the WiFi could just be a technical problem. Also the sheets were stretched out and came off the bed often.
