This hotel is 15 miles and 20 minutes from Canton Texas Trade Days parking lot. Free BF is good. Clean and no serious issues. Stayed at this location 5 times. Much less expensive and no visible “wear and tear” at the property. Ice Machine is great. Very clean.

The shower head had one stream in the middle. Wall around the tub needed to be repaired from water damage. Other than that it was nice.

We have stayed here before with no issues, but it was definitely a downgrade this time.

1. Our cards had to be reactivated multiple times a day. Although the staff were helpful in this, it was a pain.
2. Our bathroom was dirty upon arrival with a bug on the bathroom floor. We stayed two nights and our room was never cleaned. No extra towels, no making the bed, nothing.
3. The breakfast was just okay.
