Modern, nice hotel with good restaurants. Wifi was working well.
The pool are was cold, and the water temperature was also cool.
The price quality ratio was the best I have ever seen. It’s a high quality luxury hotel which offers great food, has very good rooms, and I enjoyed the swimming pool.
I missed a proper bar. Internet was very poor but I think this has to do with China, not the hotel - albeit that also the WiFi authentication was a bit finicky.

The pool was a bit cold. There was no heating in the spa and pool area, the air was cold.
During breakfast, there were no available seats, and the staff did not provide any guidance.
Well maintained and modern bedrooms, the place is clean and well kept. Large room.
Having a box of condoms and other sex paraphernalia for sale in the room is of very poor taste and it doesn’t fit the Sheraton brand.
Breakfast is very varied, but the western selection of food was cold. There are forks and spoons at the tables, but no knives. The plates for BF are made of plastic, so are the coffee mugs and cups. It looks and feels cheap.
Room and bed was comfortable
Location is out of the way to happening tourist areas. The mall next door is boring. Not many food choices in surrounding areas. Tourist spots are always 20 to 30 mins away

The aircon does not seem to function very well. They have to bring in a portable aircon unit to cool the room.
The room is big and luxurious. Clean and comfortable and the facilities are in abundance. It is also located right next to huge mall which is a plus point.

Breakfast was very nice ,and comfortable hotel and with a request from me to a higher level, they didn’t hesitate to upgrade me which was a wonderful experience, from a lady who speak English with a beautiful smile and friendly. I wish I remember her name.

The rooms are amazing with all sorts of amenities to wish for. However, I'd appreciate that all toiletry amenities whether it's condoms, sanitary napkins, etc., should be FREE! If the hotel wishes to charge patrons for using them, make sure there are signs or warnings to make aware that if they broke the box or used any of these amenities they'd be charged.
The room's curtains are automatically withdrawn with a touch of a button on the switches panel. That's awesome!
IDD calls are indeed free anywhere in the world, that's shockingly a first and a surprise for me! No other countries will ever do that.
OH MY GOD! The so-called Southeast Asian restaurant, at the ground floor, is a SHAM! The restaurant can fool Chinese people and tourists, but not Southeast Asians! And they embarrass me with the 'Laksa' cuisine that's naively bad and looked fakery. The restaurant not only embarrass me but the state of Penang in Malaysia! Why didn't the chef, at least, consult Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, before they even make those dishes for profit? Please don't have any references to any Southeast Asian countries, and just called it Seafood Restaurant!
