Stay was nice , good nights sleep
Pros:

Was convenient, room was nice and comfortable

Cons:

That once I got to the property to check in there was an additional parking fee of 20$. There was nothing in the booking about extra charges. Would not stay there again because of the surprise / hidden fees

Loved it and would come again!
Pros:

Breakfast was good and included with the room. Size was perfect for our family of 5. Location was great for what we were in town for (tournament at Bee Cave Sports Complex). Met all of our needs!

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like. This hotel was perfect for our needs.

This was the worst experience that we have ever had with the front desk staff....It started off with us arriving 25 minutes early, after a 8 hour drive....The lady at the desk wanted to charge us $50.00 to check in early......no one was even there......parking lot had 2 cars in it.....So we waited in our car until check in time....She was rude and had no personality at all.....Then the next day, we couldn't open our door to get in...Went to the front desk and a gentleman was there and treated me like I did something that made the cards not work....after having to show him an id again, he finally gave me two new cards....giving me the look as he made the cards......I hope people read this and think twice about staying here....I have been silver and gold member for over 20 years and don't appreciate this kind of service from anyone....One may have a bad day but two together is not appropriate.....

This hotel was convenient, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was well-maintained and clean. The room was comfortable. The location was perfect for our visit.

Cons:

The bathroom was across the foot of the bed. It made it seem less private. Though the doorway was attractive, it was a frosted glass which allowed light to disturb my sleeping husband as I had to wake up early.

It was 99.99% a good experience.
Pros:

All was great; good staff. Nice facility. Breakfast- wasn’t as good as usual. The eggs were fine. Sausage seemed steamed to death. There were other choices though. Yogurt, oatmeal, bagels
