В целом хорошо.
Pros:

Удобные кровати, неплохой завтрак, ванна в номере, крытая парковка в 300 м. Выезд до 12 часов. Бесплатный минибар в номере.

Cons:

Дали ключ от не убранного номера, но сразу поменяли.

Sehr gutes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die zentrale Lage sind als sehr gut zu bewerten. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Gesamtzustand des Hotels ist sehr gut, modern und sauber. Dass bei dem Preis die Minibar inklusive ist (Bier, Softgetränke, Wasser) und auch ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer war ist bei dem Preisniveau top!

Nebenan vom Hotel befindet sich ein großes und modernes Parkhaus, das sehr saubere, breite und überwachte Parkplätze bietet. Ich habe hier über Nacht 16€ gezahlt.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbüffet war etwas mager und einfach, aber für ein kleines 3-Sterne Hotel durchaus noch ok. Würstchen, Frikadellen oder Bacon findet man hier nicht. Eierspeisen werden aber auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet und sind inklusive. Gegenüber des Hotels befindet sich eine Großbaustelle, und der Straßenlärm ist auch abends durchaus als laut zu bewerten. Bei geschlossenem Fenster dringt aber fast nichts durch, die Isolierung ist also gut. Bei geöffnetem Fenster werden die meisten Menschen nicht schlafen können. Das könnte im Sommer ohne Klimaanlage ggf. schwierig werden.

Pros:

The hotel was sparkling clean, although the room, facilities, and breakfast were fairly basic.
The hotel is excellently located, just a two-minute walk from the S-Bahn and bus station. A very pleasant surprise was the complimentary minibar.

Cons:

Better coffee and a wider selection of fruit and vegetables would greatly improve the experience. There was also ongoing construction, which caused noise from early in the morning.

Hat gepasst, jederzeit wieder
Pros:

WLAN funktioniert . Ablage, Steckdose, Licht am Bett. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Fahrrad sicher untergestellt. Aufzug zum 4. Stock mit toller Aussicht und Ruhe. Zimmer klein, aber alles Benötigte da.

Cons:

Wasser und Heizung hätten etwas wärmer sein können.

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding, zeer attent personeel
Pros:

Dit is geen standaard keten hotel, maar een hotel met hart en ziel gemanaged door een familie. Super prijs, kamer schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig, ontbijt eenvoudig, maar eitje of omelet op verzoek vers gemaakt, enkele drankjes in de minibar gratis. Zo'n verademing na al die massale standaardmeuk.

Cons:

Ik had gefilterd op parkeermogelijkheid, dat bleek in een parkeergarage vlakbij boven de Lidl (Innenstadt). Wel redelijk tarief
