Positiv # Weiterempfehlung # gerne immer wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gut.
Das Parkhaus war ca. 200m Fußläufig entfernt was ok ist.

Cons:

Das man zurzeit, "gehe ich von aus" sein Gepäck nicht vor der Tür Ausladen kann.

Cons:

I booked a room with a queen-size bed, but I got two twin-size beds joined together. I asked the girl at reception for a queen-size bed, and she said they don't have a full queen-size bed. The beds at this hotel are very uncomfortable, so there's no point in booking a room with a queen-size bed; they don't have any.

The best part of travel is your encounter with strangers. The staff felt like family.
Pros:

While we were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel, one thing stood out. The staff was exceptional. This included the woman who prepared omelettes at breakfast and the young man and girl who cleaned the rooms. But most especially the two young women, Vera and Sinram (forgive me if I have misspelled this) who managed the daily running of the hotel. I have a business in hospitality and we understand the importance of being responsive to the client's needs. These two young women were exceptionally gracious and responsive. My wife was not feeling well the first 2 days of our stay and both went out of their way to make her as comfortable as possible. I cannot praise them enough and would recommend the hotel based upon their attentiveness to the quest's needs alone, all done with effortless charm.

Cons:

I have no complaint. The value of the service and accommodations exceed the price.

Pros:

Im günstigsten Preis war Frühstück und die Getränke aus der Minibar mit inbegriffen. Somit ein gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der City.

Pros:

Späte Anreise war problemlos möglich. Günstige Lage zu S-Bahn (Station Marktplatz) und Bussen. Wir sind mit der Bahn über Frankfurt angereist. Nutzung Minibar war im Preis enthalten. Frühstück ist nicht üppig, aber ausreichend.
Hinweis: Nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet, da Fahrstuhl auf halber Treppe hält.
