Ich würde nicht wieder hinfahren.
Pros:

Nettes Personal

Cons:

Lage, EZ zu teuer für das Gesamtpaket, Einrichtung sehr trostlos, ein Aufzug defekt, weshalb man manchmal lange warten und fahren musste.

Gute Lage 👍

Cons:

Ein Defekter Aufzug, das Essen Angeht Vorort wahr sehr dürftig. Der Duschen Abfluss roch sehr Stark auch nach mehr malignen spülen. Parkplatz Angebot ist sehr begrenzte und etwas Teuer.

The staff was very friendly and the view from the room was also nice. The bed is comfortable and the room has everything one needs.

Cons:

At first, we were offered a room on the ground floor that smelled like sewage. Then after complaining the staff immediately changed our room, which we appreciated a lot. We were moved to a room on the last floor but in the toilet we founded “left overs” from the previous guests, which was very unpleasant. So I’d suggest the hotel to focus more on cleanliness.

I was a bit surprised that staff didn’t react to situation. I wrote email few months ago before the trip that it’s very important for us check in at 13:00. We have new born baby and old grandma who really wants to be on time in wedding ceremony. Sadly we got very late check in. And even they said sorry our hotel is full so we can’t give you your payed reservation. I was super surprised, standing tired with baby late evening and waiting till I get my room. Didn’t experience anything like this. Plus I needed to change clothes for wedding at parking lot.

Cons:

Unzureichender Wasserstrahl in der Dusche - „ übertrieben“ Wasser zu sparen - im Ergebnis wird vielleicht sogar mehr Wasser verbraucht, weil Duschzeit verlängert !

Enttäuschend!
Cons:

Klimaanlage hat nicht gekühlt und Lüfter war laut. (Man kann, auch wenn sie funktionieren würde, nur minimal Einstellungen machen, Temperatur nicht niedriger als 19°C, Einstellungen scheinen auch nicht auf Dauer zu halten.
Dusche: kein Druck, mäßiger Wasserfluss. Camping Atmosphäre.
Teppichboden nicht mehr zeitgemäß, aber wenn, dann sollte er sauber und gepflegt sein. War er nicht! Auch generell war es nicht wirklich sauber – z.B. Staub auf dem breiten TV-Rahmen.
Wir kommen schon seit ca. 2018 ins Niu Bricks (HH Eppendorf) - und übernachten regelmäßig, sofern noch Zimmer frei sind. Bislang beim Aufenthalt ohne solche Beanstandungen. Bei den heutigen Zimmerpreisen ist so etwas jedenfalls nicht zu akzeptieren. Nach der Beschwerde vor Ort, die professionell und freundlich entgegengenommen wurde, bot uns die Leitung nachträglich per Mail einen Rabatt von lediglich 10% an. Ich halte als IHG-Mitglied eine Gutschrift oder Nachlass von 50% als angemessen für Einbußen bei 3 Nächten und treuer Gast.
