Único ponto foi o café da manhã que encerra muito cedo, e quando chega no horário já começam a recolher mesmo tendo hóspedes no restaurante
o HOTEL fica próximo de Americana, que seria o meu interesse, embora fique em uma área industrial, que não tem nada em volta. O local é bem arrumado, o restaurante é bom e para o que precisávamos de estadia, o hotel atende.
A cama não é legal. pequena e apertada... pedi uma cama de casal e não foi atendido. Os cobertores que foram fornecidos, eram piores que de morador de rua... Se estivesse fazendo frio MESMO, não atenderiam.... Muito...mas muito barulho no corredor (e percebi que eram de funcionários, e não de hóspedes)... TV não funcionava... Frigobar vazio... enfim... o Hotel tem potencial para melhorar em muitas áreas.... Para hóspedes como eu e minha esposa que ficamos de boa, o hotel não percebe... mas para aqueles hóspedes que tem prazer em reclamar e "fazer barraco", o hotel terá problemas.

Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Quarto confortável, silencioso. A área da piscina é muito boa, como fui em dia de semana estava muito tranquilo.
A academia falta manutenção, aparelhos abandonados, até perigoso para os hóspedes.
