A cama era confortável.

Cons:

Meu quarto era um “suíte com banheira hidromassagem”. O quarto é muito sinistro, tudo em azulejo branco, janela tem somente na parte de cima da parede, a porta era uma dessas de alumínio…muito estranho e nada aconchegante para descansar.

Excelente Atendimento
Pros:

Hotel novo com instalações novas, atendimento excelente na recepção, restaurante e bar da piscina.
Solicitei travesseiros extras e ao percebe que estava hospedado em um quarto com camas separadas, o atendente prontamente se prontificou a trocar de quarto.

Cons:

Preço dos vinhos, poderiam ter faixas mais em conta.

Pessoal com atendimento excelente, cordialudade e atenção, limpeza nota 10. Cuidado com a limpeza da piscina

Cons:

Apesar de estar incluído o uso de bicicletas , elas estavam mal conservadas e algumas até quebradas. Este seria um ponto de atenção. Para as crianças pequenas é uma ótima oportunidade de aprender, e não foi possível pelo estado das bicicletas.

Pros:

Conforto e rapidez no check in e check out. Não utilizei, mas vale registrar que o hotel possui diversas áreas de lazer, incluindo academia (pequena), piscina e quadra society.

Cons:

O café da manhã. Esperava um pouco mais. O que tinha era bom, mas bem pouca variedade.
