Please inform Sonder Le Guerin in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

The studio Queen apt is lovely. The kitchen and laundry were perfect. The living room is big.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Close to Metro restaurants and grocery stores. I walked everywhere.

I recommend communicating thru the Sonder app. Attention was immediate and building managers were available for support.

Cons:

My room was fantastic on the top floor facing west. Some people were commenting that their room was noisy.

I saw a few silverfish in the bathroom over my 21 day stay.

My room entry pad was fussy and it frustrated me but it was corrected and I was given a key. Send messages to the Sonder app

I tightened the shower door handle, the toilet handle and the shower soap hardware...that could have been done by staff

My horizontal blind was fixed at 3/4 closed but I didn't mind.

Pros:

L’emplacement tout près des rues Mont-Royal et St-Denis, l’accueil des travailleurs sur place, la propreté des lieux, les bons matelas et literie, tout est de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Les oreillers trop grosses.
