The property is okay - it’s centrally located which is nice but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the nightclubs below. It’s clearly a big problem as all the rooms receive ear plugs. You’ll also have to pay for parking at a parking garage down the street.
Their pricing is a mess - they advertise rooms on booking that have a “$25 credit” and “early check in/late check out” but somehow that never actually makes it to the hotel reservation once you get there. So you’ll end up paying more for a room with these benefits without actually receiving them.

It was in a great location. Hotel, lobby and rooms were very clean. The staff was good and helpful. The rooms were very nice as well as the beds. The location was fantastic. Being in the middle of downtown was really nice.
I did not like the parking. Was hoping there was complimentary onsite parking. That would be my only complaint. Besides that, everything else was great.
We used the scan/pay for our parking spot directly in front of the building instead of using the parking garage across the street. We were told, at check-in, that no one else could scan and use that parking spot for 24 hours. We told the staff member at check-in that we would be leaving for an event and would be away for a few hours. He assured us that if someone else attempted to scan the spot we had already paid for, that it would come up as restricted or unavailable for them. Assuring us that our paid for spot would be available upon our return. Our parking spot was taken when we returned. Front seat person said parking was a city thing and not their problem.
