- nevysáté podlahy
- neumytá koupelna (všude prach a těžce zažraný vodní kámen)

- špatně povlečené postele
- nevysáté madrace

Nevyvětratelný apartmán
Nedostatečné množství hrnků a sklenic
Malé koše, které nebyly ani jednou za pobyt vynešené.
Kamery na parkovišti nefunkční.
Rozbitá klimatizace.
Mravenci
Chybí sítě v oknech (při ubytování u vody)

V takovém neuklizeném ubytování jsme ještě nebyli... bohužel velké zklamání, cena a lokalita dobré, ale zbytek pokulhával.

Jako bonus si odvážíme četná štípnutí, která nejsou od komárů...

Boli sme 2 rodiny a chceli sme byvat kazdy samostatne- tak sme pochopili aj nazov apartman s 2 suitami. Pod nazvom suita sme cakali samostatnu bytovu jednotku s vlastnou kupelnou a kuchynou. Lenze na recepcii sme dostali kluc od apartmanu, kde sme mali zdielat 7 lozok v jednej miestnosti s jednou kupelnou a kuchynou, no boli sme v soku. Pani recepcna nebola velmi prijemna a dokonca povedala, ze uz sme piaty, kto sa na toto stazuje. Nakoniec nam nasla 2 samostatne apartmany, take ake sme si povodne predstavovali. Myslim, ze by ste si mali opravit sposob akym prezentujete apartman s 2 suitami na apartman pre 7 osob s jednou K+K. Je to dost zmatocne a hostia mozu byt potom z reality velmi sklamani a nespokojni.

Všeobecně neuklizeno - celý areál
Na pokoji za 4dny ani jednou nevynešeny koše, nebyl nikdo uklidit, vybavení pro úklid nebylo - aby jsme si uklidili sami
Nedostatečný počet toaletního papíru, museli jsme si dokoupit
Postele nepohodlné, vybavení apartmánu trochu nesmyslné - 6 postelí, jen dvě normální židle, jinak velmi nepohodlná křesla, lampa nesvítila, špatně větratelné - jen dveřmi, ne okny..

Zapáchajúce WC, pleseň na sprchovacom kúte, staré vyležané vankúše, slabé vybavenie (žiadne šálky, príbor, nôž sme si museli kúpiť), v kuchynke žiadne vybavenie okrem sporáka a trúby, klíma len v jednej izbe, na stropných oknách chýbalo zatemnenie, popraskané steny, cez ktoré počas dažďa zatekalo. Myslím, že majiteľ zaspal, stačilo by trocha investovať, nielen inkasovať.

Postele, matrace.
Odpadkový koš velmi malý a jen v koupelně.
Stísněný prostor na wc, zavazí umyvadlo

Impossible to find. No details about the reservation. Very stressful check in

When we arrived apparently we got the wrong room which we didn't know. When we checked into the room, the heating was off so it was freezing cold. We should have 2 flat screen TVs in both rooms but there was only one. The fridge was very noisy so you couldn't even sleep with the fridge on.
There should be a hairdryer but we checked every single drawer but we didn't find it.
There were no sockets next to the bed in one of the suites so you couldn't charge your phone having it next to you. In the shower you had a hand wash soup so no shower gel or shampoo. But the worst thing that could happen to us was that we found ants all over the place. Check out was at 10am and 9am when we were getting ready to get out of the room there were people knocking on our door that they came to disinfect the room from ants. On a double bed there were like 5cm differences so you couldn't sleep very comfortably. When you got into the shower you had to wait probably 5 minutes until you got hot water.There were many many wrong things which I could mention but I would not recommend this accommodation at the moment. Last thing the windows were wrapped with wrapping papers so there were no curtains in one of the rooms which I find unacceptable.

Not working elevator

We didnt like that downstairs there is baby pool and the parents are getting angry for passing there on the carpet .
They want the visitors to remove the shoes when entering.
That is not convinient.
Should be there another entrance or baby pool to cut off the length of the carpet.
The trash bins are so small. Washroom and apartman.
It should be coffee and sugar in the room.
Overal was all good. These are things that need to be improved.
