Un lugar increíble con una atención única y destacada realizada por sus propios dueños.
The building is historic and extremely beautiful inside, amd delightfully warm thanks to the geothermal heating system- which includes the external pool, an amazing temperature as well as view. Staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to spend time speaking about the Convento and its history.
Finding an electrical socket in the room to charge a phone was not easy, I would suggest the hotel provides some extension leads as everyone who stays will want to charge their phones.
La struttura nel complesso è affascinante, interessante e ben tenuta. La posizione è molto buona, bello il panorama con vista dalla piscina riscaldata, che abbiamo utilizzato a dispetto del forte e gelido vento. La stanza era ampia pulita e ben riscaldata, come anche il bagno. Ottimo il comportamento dello staff: molto cordiale, educato, riservato e disponibile. Ottima, varia e abbondante la colazione, sia salata che dolce. Buono il servizio ristorazione.
Il fondale della piscina era sporco forse per il forte vento, il telo in pvc in alcune parti era rialzato e staccato dal sottofondo. La stanza potrebbe essere meglio arredata. Il materasso non era proprio comodissimo.
Fue como estar en un tiempo pasado, pero con todas las comodidades del presente. Tan bien puesto, con tan buen gusto pero con tanta sencillez. Tenía miedo a la calefacción ya que había nevado la noche anterior y ese día hacía mucho frío pero el sistema de calefacción es impresionante.
Las habitaciones son comodisimas, cama y sabanas deliciosas. La presion y el agua caliente también un lujo.
La atención en todo momento, llegada, cena y desayuno maravillosa.
Y para culminar una visita personalizada y hecha por su dueño, por el convento que fue increíble.
No tengo más que decir.
Solo en forma de ayuda. Quizá podrían ofrecer el menú de la cena en otros idiomas para facilitar el pedido.
De todas maneras nos entendimos muy bien gracias al esfuerzo de las chicas de la cena...

Una struttura molto ben tenuta, si vede che c'è molto lavoro e molta passione dietro, i ragazzi molto accoglienti e professionali. La cena come la colazione davvero buonissime, prodotti di ottima qualità. Consigliata la visita guidata fatta dalla simpaticissima proprietaria Mariana. Dulcis in fundo la piscina con idromassaggio che affaccia sulla splendida vallata. Torneremo sicuramente!!

A acomodação é linda, completamente reformada com muito conforto mas mantendo toda a história do lugar. Fomos recepcionados de forma muito calorosa por toda equipe e pela própria dona, que realizou um tour após o jantar e nos contou toda a história do convento. Recomendo e voltarei assim que possível.

Everything! A beautiful building, tastefully restired with lots of history. Extremely well appointed and comfortable. Very helpful, friendly staff. Sadly the restaurant was unexpectedly closed but they made us a meat and cheese platter ....perfect. gracie mille.

Beautifully restored Convent. Amenities and staff were wonderful. Mariana and her selfless giving of a tour made this a remarkable experience. Vala was a great host. Food was wonderful. We applaud all those that put in the work to retains its beauty and historical significance.
Una location affascinante, siamo stati un week end ed è bastato per rilassarci e staccare la spina. la piscina geotermica che si affaccia sulla val d'orcia è senz'altro un valore aggiunto.
Siamo arrivati il sabato mattina e non abbiamo più sentito la necessità di uscire, bagno in piscina nonostante fosse gennaio, un brunch delizioso con prodotti locali ed una cena servita in una stanza che ti riporta al passato.
La mattina poi ci ha accolti una magnifica colazione.
