Pets allowed in the hotel are dogs and cats, and are restricted to two pets per room. Any pet weighing less than 8kg will be welcome. There is an additional charge of 40 EUR per pet per day for pet bedding, food and a toy. Pets may not be left alone in the room. The pet's documentation with vaccination and deworming must be presented at check-in. Appropriate behaviour that does not disturb the tranquillity of other guests is expected. Pets must always be leashed in the common areas and will be allowed access to the restaurant terrace and rooftop. Pets will not be allowed access to the pool, restaurants or the spa area.

Great location
Pretty hotel.

Staff not the friendliest
The team don’t go out of their way to accommodate / troubleshoot problems
The air con smelt of sewage.. I’ve got a strong nose since I’m pregnant. That’s made me worried using it during my stay. Room didn’t have hair dryer and I received one after two days- I ended up going to a salon and spending £50 on a blow dry. Also at check out assumed we had a cava but this was corrected.. not sure how they made that assumption

Pros:

Le cadre et la déco de l'hôtel et de la chambre, le rooftop avec piscine, vue sur la mer et les collines et la disponibilité du personnel ne sont que des points positifs.

Cons:

Un peu trop de lumière durant la nuit (cour intérieur et façade éclairées)

Fabulous hotel - great food, cocktails, pool and vibes.
Pros:

Fabulous room, very clean, spacious, great balcony. The bed was so comfortable. Lots of storage space. The breakfast and all of the food we tried was top notch. Great gym and rooftop yoga, beautiful pools. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout, very helpful with finding taxis given that the area is a little out of the way. Handy supermarket very close by.

Cons:

Only that the location was a little out of the way, so you need to rely on taxis.

If you want a chic and relaxed staycation this is the place to be!
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, lots of great spots to hang out and chill and the rooftop pool/restaurant!

Cons:

Only thing that could be improved is the check in process - it was very slow and gets crowded quite easily. They did offer us a complimentary drink while we waited which was nice.

Fantastic from start to finish
Pros:

Really lovely team. A special thanks to Billie who was extremely helpful all the way through. Lovely pools both downstairs and on the rooftop. Highly recommend the Boheme room, super spacious and comfortable. Would 100% come back.

Ontzettend genieten hier!!
Pros:

Ontbijt heerlijk, genoeg keuze en heerlijk setting met de voeten in het zand als je wilt. Ambiance is heel erg fijn hangt wel een echte Ibiza 'vibe' en heerlijk alles rondom zwembad ademt rust uit. Hele fijne yoga lessen vooral Nina!

Cons:

Dat zit niet in het hotel maar denk door de hitte van de maand augustus het water in zwembad iets te warm waardoor er geen/weinig afkoeling was in zwembad

Pros:

Super séjour au Nativo hôtel, personnel accueillant, très serviable. Nous avons eus un vol annulé, l’hôtel a accepté que nous passions l’après midi à la piscine de l’hôtel en attendant notre prochain vol.
L’hôtel est à côté de Santa Eulalia très agréable et bien placé je recommencer fortement cette établissement
