Pros:

It was close to Maverick where we spent a lot of time in and out breakfast buffet was a bacterial trap East Indian kids coughing and sneezing without covering their mouths cutting in line etc. Will not come back 👎

Despite the above inconveniences. Place was quiet & comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was gross, eggs not real. Coffee maker not available in room & was very inconvenient.

Cons:

Shower door had about an inch gap & was not able to close properly, spraying water outside of shower. Most of hand soap & body wash was almost empty.

Clean rooms and good variety of breakfast

Cons:

The man at check in just dismissed our issue with our room reservation, we had originally booked two rooms and ended up with only one room because he said he wanted to sell the other room before the night ended.

Pros:

one hotel worker gave great turn by turn directions for a fast-food restaurant. the other one had no idea.

Cons:

1.Elevator broken.
2.Staff unable to answer questions about Wi-Fi.
3.Parking spaces so narrow, you could not let passengers or open side doors once parked.
4.No ramps for handicap in back door.
5.out of coffee in am. front desk person was perturbed when asked to to make more. Said not my job. Hotel was out of supplies for breakfast.
6. No pancake or waffle mix.
7. was not told where any amenities in the hotel were.
8. They refused to print invoice from cc taken at check in.

It was pleasant, convenient and we will continue to stay there.

Genesis,at the desk,
is always friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast is a good variety. (Gluten free options would be good too)

Cons:

The noise outside
There’s something in the shower corner by door that looked like mold or mildew.
No parking available near building for standard size cars
