Perfect location and staff and rooms are excellent
Staff and location and the breakfast.
The stay was good overall.
The rooms were clean, and the cleaning service was quick.
As the two rooms are connected by an open doorway, I think it would be a good option for a group of 3 or 4 people.
The free VinBus service was also very convenient for getting to and from the airport.
I wasn’t quite sure about the rules regarding bringing in food from outside. I wanted to buy some fruit at the supermarket, but since I wasn’t sure whether it was allowed, I decided not to. And I didn’t have a Vietnamese phone number, I asked the reception to make a spa reservation for me. However, I didn’t receive a call back to confirm whether the booking had been made. If you’re planning to book a spa through the hotel, I would recommend double-checking with reception to make sure the reservation is confirmed.

Apart from the location there is nothing good about the property
I booked a Suite Room 4168 with KinG Bed. First night I noticed one or 2 cockroaches, it thought it was ok because of the island climate. Next time there were a
Swarm of cockroaches crawling everywhere even on the bed. I have atleast more 10 videos of cockroaches in different times. Called the reception and they sent a house keeping person to kill the cockroaches with a broom. I called the reception again to change the room. The manager of the hotel came in to check for himself if there are cockroaches and to prove that I am wrong. They did change the room but the bathroom is smelly with drainage. Overall very poor experience with a property that is 4 star. I would say it is probably a 1 star or a 2 star property. This shows Housekeeping staff are very inefficient or ignorant. They would definitely have seen the cockroaches. I don’t have the energy to change the hotels so I am staying here. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Its location was very good, because it's near to the Grand World.
The bed was too small for two adults and two children.
They give us the highest floor and that’s was perfect
The check in takes long time I waited like 45 minutes because all of the workers take care of the groups also this hotel so noisy because is big in the bark fest there’s no place to sit
