Pros:

Amazing property, friendly staff, great location in the heart of Grand World. Good buffet. Lots of restaurants and cafes to visit walking distance from hotel. Pool and kids area were fun for the kids.

Cons:

The bus / shuttle coming out of the airport is a little hard to figure out. It is the green busses parked on the far right side of the airport. They need better signage.

Good but they messed up the room
Pros:

The staff at reception were friendly and hotel had good facilities

Cons:

We went as a group and though I paid extra for the kids I was given king room and another family who didn't need it was given grand king room
