We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially liked the shower, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The service was fast and efficient, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is another big advantage. It is very convenient for visiting both VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari, making it a great choice for travelers planning to explore these attractions.

Cons:

The only downside was the breakfast. There were so many guests that it was quite difficult to find a free table during busy hours. We also felt that the selection of fresh vegetables could have been better.

طاقم الاستقبال في غاية اللطف وخاصة المدير هين كان في غاية الأدب والاحترام وعند سؤالي له عن مطعم حلال قام بتوصيلي بنفسه الى المكان بسيارة الغولف.. وطاقم استقبال الفطور ودودين ولطفاء جدا ويسارعون لمساعدتنا.. مكان الفندق رائع بالقرب من جراند وورلد وفين وندرز .. فطورهم جيد نوعا ما

كل شيء كان جيد وتمام ولكن النظافه مش ولابد.. مره طلبت من طاقم نظافة الغرف تغيير شرشف السرير قالت بأنه لا يمكن وعندما قلت لها انه لم يتم تغييرها في الأمس فقامت بتغييره ومره ايضا طلبت ان تنظف كرسي الحمام لأني لاحظت انه لم يتم تنظيفه كم يوم

3 night stay Grand World in July
Pros:

Location was great in Grand World easy walking access.

Cons:

Can get fairly busy at the hotel (notable at breakfast) the ground floor / elevators floor can get a bit wet from people coming from the pool to their rooms.

Lights from grand world shined directly Into our room during peak night time. Level 5 King studio room

الموقع والنظافة وتجاوب الموظفين يفوز بصراحة .. قريب من جراند وورلد .. دوراة مياه الغرف نظيف وفيها شطاف وهذا مهم للعرب المسلمين .. نقل مجاني من الفندق إلى سفاري وفين وندرز

الدفع عن طريقة البطاقة لم يعمل معي .. ووجب الدفع بعملة الفندق فقط ولم يقبلوا الدولار .. ولكن بسبب تعامل الموظفين الجميل تم حل الموضوع بكل سهولة

Pros:

Bữa sáng buffet tuyệt vời, có nhiều lựa chọn món ăn sáng kiểu Tây và Việt. Nhà hàng view hồ bơi và sân vườn đẹp. Khách sạn nằm trong khuôn viên Grand world có dịch vụ xe điện đi đến bãi biển và khu vực phố đi bộ, tiện lợi. Hoạt động sôi nổi về đêm. Lúc 9h30 tối có biểu diễn nhạc nước.

Cons:

Dù tiêu chuẩn 4 sao nhưng trong phòng không có khăn giấy để bàn, không có thùng rác, không có kệ hoặc bàn dài (chỉ có 1 chiếc bàn vuông khoảng 40 x 40cm đã dùng để tách trà) để khách có thể đặt vật dụng cá nhân nên hơi bất tiện.
