Pěkný hotel, ale k večeři nedávají ani deci vody zdarma.
Pros:

Snídaně moc dobre, pěkný výběr, dělali cerstve omelety na přání, výběr džusu, freshu atd.
Velmi ochotně jsem vždy dostala blok křupavý rozpečeny chleb. Skvěle
Velmi ochotný personál na recepci.

Cons:

Měli jsme polopenzi. K večeři jsme nedostali ani deci vody zdarma. Jídlo bylo fajn, ale pití příšerné drahé.
Polopenzi bych si zde již díky tomu nikdy nedala.
Příště už jej se snídani.

Cala tranquilla e silenziosa, stanze molto carine (consigliata la vista mare), personale gentilissimo sia della reception sia del ristorante e sia del bar, piscina vista mare con lettini, abbiamo vissuto io e il mio compagno una settimana di puro relax, sicuramente ci ritorneremo, in oltre il cibo è buono e variano spesso (consiglio di prendere la carne e il pesce cucinato sul momento), per il mio compleanno ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia in stanza, super gentili

Not worth the money
Pros:

The beach was the only part of the hotel that I liked. I've been coming to Ibiza for 20 years and this was the worst hotel I have stayed at.

Cons:

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Upon arrival, the reception staff were unhelpful and unable to locate our booking, initially insisting we did not have a reservation. After several frustrating exchanges, they eventually found the booking and informed us that breakfast was included. However, at checkout we were charged for breakfast, and the same staff member denied ever confirming it was included. There was no offer of goodwill or apology for the inconvenience, and the overall attitude of the staff throughout our stay was unfriendly and dismissive.

Additionally, we found it unreasonable that guests are required to pay extra for basic amenities such as an iron, room safe, and other essentials. The shower temperature was inconsistent and difficult to regulate, often switching between scalding hot or freezing cold. The bedding was uncomfortable, consisting only of a thin sheet and a coarse blanket. Pool towels were only allowed to be exchanged twice per week, which felt inadequate for a hotel of this standard.

The breakfast provided was mediocre at best and did not justify the price; we could have enjoyed far better quality meals at nearby establishments for the same cost. Overall, the experience left us feeling stressed rather than relaxed, and unfortunately, I would not consider returning or recommending this hotel.

Great location, nice beach, nice water. The hotel is old and needs a refresh asap.

The beach is fantastic and the location is nice although renting a car is a must. The breakfast was also great.

Cons:

When we entered the room for the first few times it smelled really bad, old and unkempt. No privacy whatsoever on the balcony. The rooms are really small, one of the beds was broken. Our room was not cleaned every day, the garbage started to overflow and our towels had not been changed more than once.
I woke up to go to the bathroom and I ran into the biggest roach I had ever seen in my entire life. That was the tipping point. We had no expectations coming in after having read the reviews, but this really made us question whether the hotel deserves 4 stars.

Pros:

The staff are lovely, very helpful, happy, the hotel is spotless, the food was amazing, the chef was brilliant. There is nothing negative about this hotel. The location is absolutley beautiful, so relaxing. This is are third time here at San Vicent and we will definately be returning.

El personal muy amable y majos

Cons:

Las camas parecía que durmieras sobre un tablón de madera, las puertas de las habitaciones estaban cuarteadas y nos cortamos al entrar, la piscina es minúscula, la comida del buffet está buena pero hay poca cantidad y si llegas tarde dejan de sacar comida. En general, no es un hotel de 4 estrellas
