Rooms too hot even with air conditioning
Pros:

Staff, location and beds

Cons:

Rooms too hot, even when put on Air conditioning down to 19 degrees. This is still too hot for overnight. Should be more like 16. Couldn't open windows - noisy. Was too hot to sleep under covers.

Pros:

Superb hotel experience - the staff were wonderful and in particular a lady called Diane who looked after us above and beyond. Only negative was the a/c control in my room - it went off in the night and the room overheated

Couples Trip to Manchester
Pros:

Good size room good price easy check in good late checkpoint as standard and extremely polite staff making a friendly relaxing experience. Breakfast to suit all diets. Diane was wonderful on hand with her expertise with the waffle machine

Great value stay comfortable and clean room good place for a short stay👍
Pros:

Handy place to stay for attending an event , room was bright and clean and had what we needed for a one night stay plus a fridge 👍😀 staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Was able to operate the aircon but would have maybe liked to have a window you could open slightly but can’t fault anything really otherwise and would stay again

Lovely, new, clean comfortable Hotel within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shopping.
Pros:

Full english breakfast seemed to be the main choice and was decent.

Cons:

Fried egg option would have been nice, coffee machine was erratic.

Reasonably priced room and clean and tidy hotel.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed and glad to have 2 pillows each that were very comfortable. Good options for breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

Considering how newish the room looked. The tpiket was very wobbly and low. The toilet roll holder was very loose. The air-conditioning was poor and there was no where to hang wet towels to dry out / no hooks yo hang them on. No warm towel rail.

It did the job, it was affordable and not too far away. Quiet

Cons:

The room wasn’t completely clean, the sink was faulty — it would fill up when used and the plug would not open properly. Breakfast was quite confusing and extremely busy, with food running out quickly rather than being replenished at a steady pace. The coffee bar was in an awkward position; while queuing for hot food, guests making drinks were in the same space, which caused congestion and frustration when trying to pass through.

Won’t be booking again unfortunately
Pros:

The location was close to the etihad stadium which is what I needed.

Cons:

Just the overall experience to be staying there 5 night I feel they just didn’t care generally, the room was too noisy at nights with having a young child. The bed wasn’t changed in my 5 nights there.
