Grubby, but awesome lady.
Pros:

Shabby. Reception need a smile and learn some people skills. Grubby except for lady who runs the dining room. Diane works so hard, always smiling and friendly. Make her manager.

La pulizia e la posizione

Cons:

Camera troppo calda senza possibilità di aprire la finestra, aria condizionata quasi inesistente sebbene compresa nel prezzo, l'abbiamo fatto presente alla reception e ci hanno dato un ventilatore. Mancava lo scopino per il wc. Il letto non era matrimoniale ma alla francese.

Great Stay
Pros:

Excellent stay at this hotel, all the staff were very helpful, in particular a shout out to Diane. As a resident in the USA I wish the Hampton inns there were like this and also delivered a breakfast of this standard!!
