Didn't sleep at all due to noise levels outside hotel . Workmen drilling etc well past midnight

Blood stains on the mattress, disgusting! I have emailed the hotel, twice, and the CEO of Hilton Hotels in the UK, to request this be addressed, but no response! Imagine treating your customers like this! Disgusting! I won’t be using this hotel chain again!
The welcome from the staff in reception and how clean the property was
Nothing at all. Everything was spot on!
Breakfast was lovely with a selection of fruit, cereals cooked etc.
Disappointed there wasn't a biscuit to have with our cup of tea.
My request was adhered to. The room was quiet and staff were nice.
The shower head constantly turned on an angle facing either the wall or the shower screen when the water was turned on. Also the conditioner dispenser did not work (room 330)
The room was also very cold even after I turned the AC off
The staff were great some very helpful like the young lady who helped order an uber eat as the restaurant had closed early. Parking was very easy and convenient. Overall everything was great
We went to a show and were hoping to get a meal at tge hotel after but the kitchen had closed early so we had to get a McDonald delivered. But as I said the young lady behind reception helped us to do that

Chaotic on checking in. I booked three rooms for myself & family but had to settle each individual room separately, when I was paying for all rooms.
