Lovely hotel the only thing I would say is the breakfast is not the best! A lot of noise outside from roadworks during the night :(

Pros:

The room was large with comfortable bed. Towels very soft and good quality. Breakfast was very good. Friendly staff. Late checkout by today's standards.

Cons:

The area is not the best if arriving late..the walk from the main trains station involves back streets, which doesn't feel the safest at night.

Struttura consigliata! La posizione è strategica: in soli 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il cuore del Northern Quarter, e la vicinanza alla stazione Victoria e alla linea del tram rende ogni spostamento semplicissimo.
Ho apprezzato moltissimo la colazione, davvero ottima e varia, e la palestra, che ho trovato moderna e molto bella. Un'ottima scelta per chi cerca comodità e qualità a Manchester!"

Cons:

Purtroppo, ho riscontrato alcune mancanze nel servizio di rifacimento camera. Una mattina non mi è stato sostituito l'asciugamano da doccia, nonostante non l'avessi lasciato a terra (non ne chiedevo la sostituzione, ma l'asciugamano pulito è stato rimosso e non reintegrato, lasciandomi senza la sera). Inoltre, la terza mattina il bagno non è stato rifornito di carta igienica. Suggerisco maggiore attenzione da parte del personale di pulizia

Super booking facility easy to find shame about the parking the breakfast was just okay not great Stafford great helpful

Modern, clean and good location

Cons:

The car parking was too expensive, we had to find alternative parking. A couple of plug sockets wasn’t working ( unless there was another Master switch to turn the power on for the sockets we couldn’t find it and it caused a little bit of an inconvenience. Also the shower the plug when the water hit the plug it kept rattling when we took the plug out because it was loose. The water still made a loud noise when it was going down the plug. I showered at 5 am and it was making a bit of a loud noise. I wouldn’t be surprised if the neighbours in the other rooms could hear it..
