Felt check in staff could have been more friendly but they were professional.
Was not impressed, not much cut up fruit which I am a lover off. Disappointed.
Reception man wasn't very nice. Didn't like the closeness of the bed near the bed. I banged my legs alot on the corner. Sink was blocked water took a long time to go. Shower wasn't too hot, nor powerful.

Nothing we did t like, just would have preferred a bath towel each and more tea and coffee facilities
Room size & cleanses , staff were also friendly & helpful. The breakfast choice was amazing
They didn’t have any largers on draft to drink on the evening and it should really have been stocked up.

It was great - good room, comfortable bed, nice shower and decor, very good breakfast. Complimentary tea and coffee and access to an iron were appreciated.
The room was a little small for the price and also was a shame to not be able to connect to Netflix.
great location for us going to the Co-Op Live Arena, very close
hotel was not busy, great decor nice and bright and we could easily get a drink until the room was ready
we also didn't know how to get to the arena easily and the staff were great and told us we could get an uber there and back with no issues, cost us less than £20 return
bigger car park, we were lucky to get space when we got there but within an hour it was full
on a plus though there are 2 24 car parks nearby
Air Conditioning was not working properly, windows closed and can't take fresh air , because of closed room and air conditioning, room was hot

The sofa bed & room never had blankets to use for sleeping on.
