Everything, the property is well located, has everything you need for a great experience in PV. The apartment is comfortable and ample, with amazing views and facilities.

This was our first time staying at the Chic by Pinnacle 179. In fact our first experience staying in a condo in Puerto Vallarta. It is a beautiful property, well maintained, clean. Staff are all friendly and professional. The rooms are well maintained. We had a corner suite and really enjoyed it. We thought we were having a wrap around balcony but we only had a small balcony on the side, but had a good view of the ocean. Inside the condo the windows all along the front could be opened, and faced the ocean. It was really beautiful. At times it can get a bit noisy from neighbouring establishments, but that's part of the Puerto Vallarta vibe, so be prepared. By 10 p.m. things have usually quieted down.
It is convenient to have laundry services in your room. However, it would have been helpful to have instructions in English on how to use the appliances as they were a bit different from what we have at home.
The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils. However, it would have been helpful to have a pot holder/oven mitt, a vase, coffee mugs, cloth napkins to go with the placemats, salt & pepper, and ties for open bags.
The bedroom area itself was a bit small but opens up or closes up as you desire. Certainly adequate and enough room for 2 people with sufficient closet and drawer space. The mattress seemed a bit old and was somewhat uncomfortable.
Our cleaning lady, I believe her name is Martene (on the 5th floor) was excellent and ensured our room was well maintained Monday through Saturday.
We loved the pool here, on the top deck, with ocean views all around. It is beautifully maintained, clean and the staff were very friendly and responsive. In particular we would like to point out Diego, Edgar, Speedy, Oserio, the female bartender (can't remember her name (sorry), and Valenti.
Overall, we really enjoyed our experience here and look forward to a return visit in the future.

Accommodations at Pinnacle 179 was great! Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Rosalia did a great job keeping the room clean and stocked.

Location, clean, well maintained

I cannot say enough good things about this first class hotel. This was my second stay here and both occasions were 5 Star in my opinion. The facility and my room were first class in all respects. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and infinity pool are the very best to be found. Sunsets there are breathtaking. I rate this hotel as the best I have ever stayed in.

Delmy, our housekeeper was wonderful. she was very attentive to our needs. She regularly asked if we were comfortable.

My wife and I just got back from Puerto Vallarta with our two adult children. This was our first trip there and based upon reviews and videos we picked the Chic Pinnacle 179 - and it was a great choice. The location, service, views could not have been better. We chose one of the 3-bedroom suites on the top floor and it fit our needs perfectly. If considering this suite, keep in mind one of the bedrooms is "interior" (i.e. no exterior windows) which my wife and I actually enjoyed as it was peaceful and dark for a good nights rest. It would be hard to go wrong choosing this hotel and I highly recommend.

The funicular railway was excellent and very helpful if you struggle with the 102 steps (though note it closes after 10pm). The upstairs pool bar was a real highlight — the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, especially Valentine and Speedy, who absolutely deserve tips. When housekeeping did attend, the service was excellent, with thorough cleaning and evening top-ups of towels and water, which is exactly what I’d expect at this price point.
