I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience my family and I had during our recent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton.

The check-in process was executed with efficiency and courtesy.

The warm cookie, presented as a welcoming gesture, was distinctly unique and memorable.

Particular commendation is extended to Mr. Rudra and Ms. Aayushi Mehra from the Front Office, whose pleasant demeanor and efforts ensured a comfortable arrival experience.

Throughout our duration of stay, the Housekeeping team consistently delivered outstanding service.

A special acknowledgment is due to Housekeeping Manager Mr. Ankit for his commendable support and professionalism.

The Room Service and Engineering teams also demonstrated promptness and efficiency in their operations.


During breakfast, the Food & Beverage staff and chefs provided meticulous attention, which significantly enhanced our F&B experience.


Overall, our stay was characterized by its pleasantness and comfort.

I genuinely regret that our stay could not have been extended and anticipate the opportunity to visit again in the future.

Not much comfortable
Pros:

Room size and cleaning and fast check in as well as front office staff was well mannered

Cons:

Service is very poor, availablity of all consumables items in room must be checked and insured before check in, guest complaint must be adhered, breakfast was not educate and messy as well as unorganised

I choose the property to celebrate 1st birthday
For my son turning 1. On the day
I had asked staff for food for my 3 year old daughter.
The missed it several number of times. No callback in the room. They called after long time. Disappointed.
