The location.... Facilities.... Staff... Everything was wonderful....
The reception staff was good. Pool facility and gym facility was good.
Kitchen is extremely poor, especially the staff. They don't know how to cater any customer. Very frustrating in nature. On day one, food was not hot. Day two was slightly better, but problem was not the food quality. Problem was the staff quality. The kitchen staff is very lazy as well as stubborn.
Wi-Fi speed in the room was extremely poor. I was getting an average speed of 5 to 10 Mbps.
My overall expectation before the visit was very high because Hilton has a good brand value and I have visited other kitchens of Hilton within Jaipur. Hence, the expectation was high, but it was nowhere there.

Our recent weekend stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur was extremely disappointing, particularly considering the standards normally associated with the Hilton brand.
The overall quality of service was poor. Several basic amenities were missing from our suite, including a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffee cups, and sufficient towels. These may appear to be small issues individually, but repeatedly having to call and wait for basic items made the stay unnecessarily frustrating.
The hotel appears to cater primarily to casual weekend travellers and, unfortunately, seems to have compromised on service quality and sophistication. There was an evident shortage of properly trained staff, with many functions seemingly being handled by outsourced personnel who did not appear adequately prepared.
Room service and the facilities team took an unreasonably long time to fulfil even simple requests. Orders were mixed up, and on one occasion, around midnight, someone else’s birthday cake was delivered to our room. We realised the mistake and informed the hotel approximately 30 minutes later. This level of carelessness may well have ruined another guest’s carefully planned celebration.
The most serious failure was the airport pickup. I sent two messages through Booking.com requesting an airport transfer, but received no response. I then called the hotel directly, confirmed the pickup, and shared all the necessary flight and passenger details, the lady at the booking confirmed the Innova crysta costing 2950 + Taxes which I ha e agreed too, Despite this, no vehicle or representative was present when we arrived at Jaipur Airport.
I was left waiting at the airport with my family for approximately 30–40 minutes. During this time, I repeatedly tried calling both the hotel reception and reservations team, but nobody answered. This was completely unacceptable and caused considerable inconvenience and stress at the very beginning of our trip.
