Room was 'okay'

Cons:

Staff not really friendly, 5 star Hotel is just vegan without mentioning that on the website. Food terrible.

Unacceptable as per Hilton standards

Security staff dumb,Check in staff below Hilton standards,breakfast good ,staff in coffee shop excellent,house keeping below standard,
Tub in toilet very slippery,pls put anti skid mat before someone breaks his hips etc

After driving from delhi and being in the queue to check in,water was offered at 15.15,staff unaware of booking of twin beds room and Aravali view ,totally unprofessional,unacceptable , in room pillow covers not changed when we chkd in ,bath tub slippery
