Not a 5 star Hotel Beware!

Dreadful Hotel, it started well reception staff friendly and helpful, complimentary freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. (Highlight if the stay) Room was very tired as was the carpets. not good at all, no hand towels in bathroom. Food in restaurant was shockingly bad and overpriced nothing on the buffet was hot and we went in as it opened, when we complained to the manager he was rude and indifferent and walked away we feel ripped off! paid large for utter garbage. Breakfast very poor fresh bread with no coverings for when cutting very unhygienic, toaster hadn’t been switched on, no fresh milk glass jar was empty, lots of staff standing around on their phones not paying attention to guests needs, 3 chef’s cooking eggs 🤷‍♀️unbelievable. Definately not up to 5 star standard more like 3, outside areas dirty and scruffy. Come on Hilton sort these guys out!

Very Good Stay. The food was very good.
Cons:

The Central AC of the Room was too cold. Even after switching off it was very cold. Sometimes excess of things are bad for health.
