Great hotel if you’re planning to stay hydrated… by imagination. Asked for a water bottle in peak summer — I guess it’s still on its spiritual journey to my room. Loved the minimalistic approach - clearly part of a ‘desert experience’ package. Hotel is so nice to me - I think water probably being sourced from a glacier as it is mythical resource or possibly being sourced directly from the Himalayas.. I was so lucky to get it in 25K from next property

Good stay, but billing and stuff is bad.

Cons:

There is a big blunder in billing. Hotel charged twice for single booking. Now it is under process of refunds.

Which is not even acceptable from such big entity.

Call it manual error or technical but it is eventually a blunder.

An excellent stay with outstanding service, an amazing breakfast, and incredibly attentive staff.
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The service was consistently excellent, with staff going out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a great variety of options and staff who made sure everything was well taken care of. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
