Pros:

Clean room.

Cons:

The staff was rude and tried to call the police on my husband just for asking whether or not it was normal procedure to prebook out rooms and deny us an extra night since we were already in the room. We ended up going to the Embassy suites for the extra night we needed. They also ran out of plastic knives the whole time we were there. So breakfast with waffles was a challenge. Anytime I would ask for linens the staff huffed and puffed. Very rude. Will not go back ever.

The people at the front desk tried to accommodate with a new room after our first dream was obviously not cleaned.

Cons:

The first room they gave us had obviously not been cleaned at all. The beds were very hard in traffic in the area makes it difficult to turn out of the hotel.

Cons:

I was scheduled to be in town for a court date related to my workplace, but I was notified the day before that my presence was no longer required. I booked through Booking.com, which would not refund the room charges, so I have made several attempts through Customer Service to get a refund, to no avail. Did not respond to my email and sent me in circles with the automated phone message.

Couldn't get a early check in my wife had too take a bath in the lobby bathroom we requested 1pm check in when I booked it say pay at property but payment was taken before then and we couldn't check in till later

Cons:

Weekend breakfast started at 7. We had to be at the Kentucky fest and open for business at 8. If it would have begin at 6 we could have made it. That’s the only thing. Everything else was great
