Was ok but noise did not make for a restful night sleep.
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

1) there was no lift and this information is not on booking.com - luckily they were able to change my room from 3rd floor to the ground floor.
2) the wall heater/air conditioning unit was noisy and above the headboard
3) disturbed by activity in corridor outside during the night & then noise of some sort of delivery at 5 am

Pros:

Central location, comfortable compact room and free parking . Friendly staff. Air conditioning wasn't working in the room, but wasn't a problem for us to be allocated another room.

Pros:

The property was neatly kept, surprisingly even being opposite the nightclub we didn’t hear anything and we stayed a Friday night.

Cons:

We got a bit lost trying to find our room, there were signposts up as to where to go but not always obvious. But once found all was ok.

Pros:

Great hotel city centre location within walking distance of local attractions,restaurants ,etc.Also the hotel had its own private parking..The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

The location is so very central, and the facilities are always great there. This is our favourite place to stay in Salisbury as it's so close to everything.

Cons:

The only trouble is that there's only a few parking spaces at the site, so you want to park there as soon as you can check in. But otherwise there's nearby parking only 5-7 mins' walk away.

Exceptional staff in a good hotel, great location.
Pros:

The location is great, the property is clean & comfortable but what makes it is the staff who are exceptional. Everyone we came in contact with went above & beyond- really refreshing

Cons:

The signage within the hotel could be better. It’s an old maze of a building & the signage is just not sufficient.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and would recommend it for its staff and location. However, the size and location
Pros:

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. In particular, Darren, who makes a point of taking an interest in guests and provides friendly and efficient service. Also, the chef is a great character and we enjoyed our evening curry meal and the masala omelette for breakfast.

Cons:

Because of the cold, wet weather, having a room with outdoor access was not ideal.

Excellent stay as always
Pros:

We always stay here when visiting Salisbury with friends. Really friendly staff, lovely rooms which are so comfortable. Location is ideal, as is the breakfast buffet and the cozy bar.
