Pros:

Everything was great!!! Staff was amazing they where very professional and friendly!! Definitely highly recommend Hawthorn it's a great place to stay!!!

Very peaceful and great location

Cons:

Only thing was that shower was slippery and I almost fell. Would be great if you all had a mat in the shower to avoid falls

The only thing that I would say was bad is that our tv did not take WiFi so we couldn’t screen mirror or watch the World Cup

Very reliable and welcoming.
Pros:

Always a great stay; staff was accommodating, friendly and gracious; breakfast was adequate although some of the main items (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy) were barely warm. That was the only disappointment but there were several good alternative choices besides those. The room was spacious and very comfortable
