Cons:

I’ve stayed here numerous times and never had an issue which is the reason we keep coming back. This time the noise was ridiculous. First there were numerous kids running up and down the hallway screaming multiple times in the evening. Then I was awaken from adults arguing and fighting in the hallway at 9:15. Something has to be addressed about that.

Very comfortable would stay again
Pros:

Very happy with my stay front desk very professional,helpful,and kind. Room was extremely comfy and clean, breakfast was delicious would absolutely stay again!

Cons:

Only complaints were hand soap bottles were empty and 10:30 housekeeping was already trying to clean my room half hour before check out didn’t appreciate feeling rushed

It was great except for the terrible concierge service
Pros:

I liked breakfast and the shower.

Cons:

The person at the front desk was giving me rude looks when I asked to check in early two different times. She kept saying the rooms are all booked and I have to wait until 3 pm to check in. I told her that my account says I can check in online and asked if that was correct. She told me again I have to wait until 3pm . I am a Hilton honors member. She didn’t know that at first but when I mentioned that I was able to check in on my phone and collect my key for the third time she all of sudden looked into my room reservation then said with a fake different tone, “thank you for being a Hilton honors member”. I said oh, I see how that goes. I ended up checking in at 1pm instead of 3pm.

Alojamiento correcto, totalmente recomendable
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, personal muy amable y realmente dispuesto a ayudar. Mucho estacionamiento y sin costo.

Cons:

El desayuno incluido realmente es de muy baja calidad, debe mejorar. No se hacía la habitación diariamente.

I had my name on the tv when I came in my room. Room was very clean and cozy. Stores were local.

Great staff. Very clean hotel

The staff. Had multiple interactions with front desk, cleaning folks, breakfast bar folks. All very helpful and professional

Cons:

No hot chocolate at the coffee bar or breakfast bar. No waffle mix the first morning (hotel waffles are the ONLY time I ever eat them). The po pool l was closed upon arrival. Was available by Saturday morning. The pool was why we booked this hotel.

Cons:

The price was double of what we normally pay for one night. Not sure why. The pool was closed before 10pm and we were told that it was open to 11pm. The breakfast ends too early. Besides that everything was good. We will return!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and relaxing stay!
Pros:

This location is great-close to many restaurants, shops, and highways. The employees are friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.

Cons:

The pet area really needed attention. There was really nowhere clear between piles to walk. This was after a heavy snow had melted so that may be why they hadn’t cleaned it up yet.
