Great service, 24hr check in, friendly helpful staff that spoke English. Room was really clean and well decorated with air con and a comfortable bed. Easy parking available and a great location close to the pier.

The room was clean, but we missed having a fridge. Unfortunately, the owner initially offered to take us to the pier but did not follow through on this promise.

Pretty much as described on the booking site.
A clean bed and an OK bathroom; no fridge in the room, no coffee made available in the morning, in short, nothing special that could make the stay memorable. Plenty of restaurant options in the vicinity, which is a plus... and close to the beach. overall, average value.

Only stayed one night and a stopover to koh lipe , they toke us to the ferry station , no food choices nearby, there is a seven

Toilet cleanliness not so good & smelly like animals dead. Room condition good like new. The location is good near the beach, jetty to koh lipe, convenient store, restaurant.

If you are planing to do bikecation (travel with your bicycle) this hotel is not a suitable place.

Good value, close to ferry terminal. Walking distance to seafront restaurants. The place have a nice little bar in the second floor with cheap drinks. The owners are very nice and helpsome. They let me park the bike there when I was going to the islads and they gave me a lift to the pier in the morning. There is also a big secure parking under the building for cars.
Definitely I place I will go back to.

Arrived on 30 sep after a long drive from Singapore. For the price, im very pleased. It is very spanking clean. A small establishment, worth to support them. My review may also be skewered coz i think the owners are cat lovers haha so If you love cats come and support them!

We were able to park our car securely in their premises (gates closed in the evening). Simple, but near to various shops, eatery, a great massage place and 5min walk frm the pier for those heading to Koh Lipe.

This is not a fancy hotel, but really a good choice for short stays and proximity to many places.

Also near to the view point and beach!
