Cheap but dirty
Pros:

It was close to the highway and part of town we were hanging out it. It was cheap and had a fridge.

Cons:

It was dirty, no one had cleaned the toilet, there were chunks of food on the carpet, the sheets were stained.

Stay was ok but didnt feel secure with people hanging out outside and drinking beer.
Pros:

Location was perfect for visiting family in the area. Restaurants and coffee were very close.
Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Room smelt very musty.
Toilet seat had sprinkles of urine on the rim.
Sun chairs in pool area were ripped up, couldn't lay in them.
People were sitting outside back door drinking beer and blocking walkway.
People were in parking lot drinking 3 out of the 3 nights we stayed.

Would not recommend
Pros:

Staff was nice and brought us extra blankets before the fact of us finding everything wrong with the hotel

Cons:

Bathroom was disgusting black hair in the tub not cleaned and hair all over the tub and the drain was in a hospital for hours and wanted to shower off and felt totally disgusted by the tub didn’t shower and there was a dirty wash rag on the shower bar. Also the sheets we pulled them back to lay down after our long day and there was dirt in the sheets immediately grossed out we slept in one bed all 4 of us my wife and 2 kids in a queen bed.
