We would like to inform you that the swimming pool will be closed from 09.09.2024 until 20.09.2024 (incl.) due to maintenance.

Please note due to maintenance on weekly days the water temperature in the pool will be between 26-28 degrees celsius.

Много спокойно и приятно място
Pros:

Приказна природа, чудесно местоположение. Песоналът е усмихнат и услужлив. Закуската е чудесна. Кухнята е превъзходна. Гледката дори от първия етаж е прекрасна. Има безплатен паркинг и зарядна станция за електроавтомобили. Случихме момент, когато хотелът беше пълен. Персоналът се постара и организира чудесно паркирането и изхранването на гостите.

Cons:

Басейнът е по-малък отколкото се очаква при толкова гости. Има само два шезлонга край басейна, което е очевидно недостатъчно. Душът в стаята пръскаше навсякъде и е много нисък, което затруднява високите гости. Няма обособена кабина и цялото помещение се мокри при къпане.

Pros:

Обилна и разнообразна закуска, много топъл и приятен басейн, изключително любезен персонал! Храната в ресторанта е просто фантастична, много добре приготвена и поднесена! Всички сервитьори бяха невероятни професионалисти, прекрасно обслужване и отношение!
Много приятна околност, с интересни места за разходка! Препоръчвам горещо да посетите хотел вила Магус!

Cons:

Единствено матракът на леглото беше с доста твърда пружина, което може да причини известен дискомфорт.

Pros:

A lovely location in the mountains close to Sofia, with an indoor pool with steam room, a good place for a weekend getaway. Comfortable rooms a little dated but well maintained.

Много хубаво местоположение, много любезен персонал, зарядната станция за Ел автомобили е супер, стаята беше удобна, голяма и топла, мини барът е добре зареден. Храната в ресторанта е страхотна, персоналът също. Браво за старанието, презентацията на храната, обслужването, отношението към клиента, вкусът който ни поднесоха, много на ниво. Хубава закуска. ניקיון, חדר גדול, ארוחת בוקר טעימה,חנייה,בריכה וסאונה רטובה בלבד, צוות שירותי ואדיב.

Cons:

מקלחת קטנה מאד, אחרי כל שימוש המקלחת מוצפת כי אין דלת קדמית למקלחון אין מספיק מים חמים. אין איפה לתלות מגבות או בגדים במקלחת.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay, shame about the restaurant.
Pros:

Great location and the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Large comfortable room.
Great breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a problem with one member of staff in the restaurant and we chose not to eat there.
However the reception staff went out of there way to try and resolve the issue.
