Pros:

The staff was exceptional. So very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. Our room was very spacious and clean. Very good location.

Cons:

We had to ask for extra towels twice, but that wasn't a big deal. In my opinion I think they need softer mattresses, but that wasn't a big deal either. They don't have coffee machines or a microwave in the room. They do provide them in the lobby. For my preference it's more convenient to have them in the room. But we still enjoyed our stay.
