Clean and room was comfortable
My grandkids look forward to swimming when we go there, your pool was out of service for repair. Understandable, but I wish I was told this or it was posted on your website so I could have booked with another hotel that had available pool
Location was great! Bed comfort and amenities were wonderful! Nice breakfast options.
Had to be moved immediately to different room due to first having terrible animal odor & unclean. 2nd room was clean but terrible odor coming from drain in shower. Went away after running water. And overnight, small but pungent smell developed from AC unit.
The property was amazing,easily accessible,staff did an amazing job with everything and the building is within walking distance from food,convenience stores, and downtown.

Ample parking, ease of close to town
The censored a/c system, took 5 to 6 hours to get cool, not a fan of that. But get why y'all have it.
Everything in my room and in the hotel was great. The pool was nice, the breakfast was good. I loved having the kitchenette in my room.
I was shocked at the number of dogs staying at the hotel. It you are not a dog person, or are allergic, keep in mind this hotel promotes itself as very dog welcoming. The first room they put me in smelled very strongly of wet dog. The room they changed me to did not at all and I had a very nice stay.
Good selection and enjoyed the make your own waffle. Large seating area and not crowded. Rubber egg saucers were strange and not particularly tasty - would have preferred scrambled. Coffee had a good flavor and service was friendly.
Hotel was a bit dated and I could hear noise from hallway and above my room. Shower floor was dingy and the water pressure was too low. Hair dryer was not powerful. Mostly felt clean but the surrounding area is just old and run down, maybe I didn't do enough prior research but I was expecting a newer fresh hotel.
Breakfast
I liked the yogurt and fruit.
The rooms are nice. Close to several key landmarks in Roswell. And nice layout. Plus a nice little spot out back to walk the dog.
The breakfast was pretty mediocre, they were working on back patio and some of the staff were less than friendly.
We liked the hotel so we came back on the next weekend. Everything was good, but the breakfast was lacking each time.
On our recent trip we also stayed at La Quinta, Hampton Inn, MCM Elegante, and Quality Inn. Their breakfasts were all better. I wouldn't recommend Quality Inn to anyone, but their breakfast was much better. Home2's breakfast was not that good either time.
Great location. Walkable to Main Street and the international UFO museum. Spacious room with a kitchen and sitting area. Comfortable beds. Well priced.
