La posizione
La colazione poco fornita ed il fatto che non avesse la reception al piano terra. Anche se al piano ottavo si godeva di un ottima vista.

下の階でフェスをやっていたり、自由に人が出入りできる場所にあり、エントランスに人が寝ていたりトイレが汚かったりしました。
繁華街の前にあるので夜遅くまで騒ぐ声が聞こえて眠れない。

The facilities are a bit too basic.
Très bon service et très bonne qualité mais cela manque un peu de variété au niveau du petit déjeuner.
Très bonne idée d'avoir mis en place à certains étages des zone de convivialités (bar, café, terrasses pour les résidents de l'hôtel).
Le bar , comme le restaurant au 28 ième est superbe permettant une vue superbe de Kyoto.
Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité pour le diner.
Le quartier est très agréable (rivière / zone de promenade, nombreuses boutiques, marché à 10 minutes , foisonnement de restaurants.
Je recommande une visite à la galerie marchande BAL à 2 minutes de l'hôtel.
La réception à l'étage 1 est trop impersonnelle et peu conviviale (mais la réception officielle est de très bonne qualité au 28 ième étage). Il est un peu dommage de n'avoir pas plus de commerces et de commodité dans le bâtiment (mais le quartier proche est top).
It was located in a perfect place for easy walking to the Gion district and the covered market.
We could easily take transit to Train Station as well.
The position and services are very good. The lounge with free drinks is a nice addition

Location was nice being by the Nishiki Market and Pontocho Alley. Very nice lounge area with a great view. Enjoyed the Japanese breakfast.
We arrived in Kyoto via Shinkansen (into Kyoto Station). Kyoto’s public transit is not extensive (compared to Tokyo or Osaka) and it was a little difficult transferring onto two trains (with luggage) to get to the hotel. In addition, there were no JR stations near the hotel (and we had a regional JR pass)

숙소에 예민한 사람이 청결도를 굉장이 높게 평가했습니다 그리고 위치도 매우 좋습니다 한시간정도 얼리체크인을 요청했을때 처음엔 추가요금을 필요로 했지만 실제로는 추가요금 없이 얼리체크인 했습니다 이 리뷰가 호텔에 도움이 될지 악용될지 우려스럽지만 일단 감사하게 생각되는 부분이라 기재합니다 2박동안 편히 잘 쉬었습니다
