Extremely overpriced for what you get, it’s nothing what you expect. Sea view from our room was great but the room itself is extremely dull and gloomy, old furniture, safe was not working, bathroom looks like its from 1945. The building generally needs a massive upgrade, the entire thing. Pictures are all misleading.
The location was fantastic and the staff were amazing! The food was ok. The staff go above and beyond to help visitors. On the last day I fell ill and the staff helped my husband to make me feel comfortable.
It wasn’t 5* probably around 3. The rooms aren’t deep cleaned for the arrival of new guests. When we came to the room, the cupboards had marks on. When paying for a 5* you would to expect the standards to be 5* too. The toilet was leaking and had to report it a few times. Someone did come to fix it but it started leaking again. The staff are great however the higher management need to do more to fix issues. The hotel is outdated and a lot of things need to be replaced rather than fixed. The food is repeated a lot and they have the same foods pretty much repeated.

The hotel is awful! If you booked a hotel for your vacation you lost your money!! The manager is so poor! One night I slept, and after that escaped from the hotel! I booked 2 nights but I can not stay because it was a disaster!! they did not pay back my money too!!
In general it is an perfect hotel.
Staff was always ready to provide all help that we need.

I asked on three occasions for a late check out, but was told to check again in the morning, as i did so, but on the day of check out i was told I could not keep the room on, although the hotel was not full.
Everything was great: food, spacious/comfortable room, cleanliness, great location, etc. But on top of it all, was the friendliness, professionalism and efficiency of the bar and restaurant staff. They really went the extra mile every day, every meal, and made us feel right at home.
The lifts were slow and very hot. The hotel could really improve on this.
The location is fantastic. Don't go for the all inclusive, the cocktails are ordinary at best. The food in the local restaurants is great so I'd recommend avoiding the all inclusive option and venturing out.

The lights in the room.
Room next to the beach bar, so no quiet until 23:30 every night.(a good thing for those who want to party)
We booked a double room with view of sea, but there are 4 rooms with a big tree in front of the balcony so only partial view.
Everything else was ok but not a 5 star hotel.
The last thing, if you want to go to this hotel or any other near him for the sea, choose another location, because there is no clear or blue water at all.

Staff doesn't speak good English and I had issues with the room which took a long time to resolve, also special requests were not considered
The hotel has a good location, some good facilities and very polite staff..
- The hotel building is old and need full renovation.
- wifi signal is very weak inside the room.
- No napkin in the room.
- 2 lifts are not enough for the whole building and lift is very old and veed maintenance.
- lights in common areas (corridor) sometimes do not work.
