Overall nice hotel with spacious rooms.
Pros:

I have stayed there a few times since my daughter started at A&M. I do like the location, and that the hotel is set back from the road. The rooms are spacious, quiet and, generally, very nice. The overall hotel is excellent.

Cons:

The shower surround was dirty and the molding was separating from the wall. It just felt a little dingy. The front staff double charged me (paid through Booking.com, then, the hotel charged me again). And, the double charge took several weeks to resolve even though I made them aware of the situation right away.

Pros:

The room we stayed in had water damage on the ceiling in the main living area that still looked like it was not taken care of. It made us feel like the room might have mold due to the damage. It was not a good thing to be worried about. It more than likely did not have mold, but the concern was there.

If we had stayed in a room without water damage.

I would stay here again as it felt safe and comfortable.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean. Also close to campus and Walmart for necessities. I travel in for a ring ceremony. It was a great location. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast below previous quality. Facilities "stripped down" with no decorations, plain "vanilla". Somewhat long wait at check-in, even with express check-in completed via email.
