Pros:

Tenía un poco más de espacio que otros hoteles y está bastante cerca de una buena línea de metro

Good location.
Pros:

Well located. 7 mins walk to the bus and train. Clean comfortable beds.

Cons:

They clean the room and change towels only once in 3 days. They charge 300 yen additional per day / per person as accommodation tax

The room was big enough, compared to other hotels

Cons:

There was mold everywhere on the walls in the bathroom and a bit in the room. It was not a big black spot, but rather spread thinly everywhere, it was impossible to find one clean spot on the bathroom walls, the grout was also moldy. You could not open the window either, if you wanted more air to come in at least.

Dobré na jedno přespání, na více dnů však ne.

Cons:

Bez snídaní, nedá se zde nic koupit na jídlo nebo pití. Nesmí se otevírat okno, takže za hodinu je na pokoji ke zdechnutí, a když se pustí hlučná klima, tak má člověk u nosu rampouch.
