Pros:

Keyless property, no stress about making sure we always had the key, rather just a code to get into the building and the room. Staff were super helpful.

Bon hôtel confortable
Pros:

Le lit était grand et de bonne qualité ! Et la chambre avait une bonne taille, le fait de pouvoir mettre les valises sous le lit permet de gagner de l’espace

Cons:

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre et que ce soit une fenêtre opaque quand on passe une nuit, c’est bien mais 4 c’est un peu dommage

No hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y para tres personas no es aconsejable. El personal no es muy proactivo.

Vicinanza al castello, alla metropolitana e a una zona commerciale coperta con ristorazione e supermercati.

Cons:

L'albergo sembra più un affitacamere; non c'è un luogo comune, una hall, in cui poter soggiornare. I servizi sono minimal. Lo staff quasi inesistente. Potrebbe andare bene, accontentandosi, ma il vero problema è che ho speso troppo per ciò che ho avuto. Più di 200 euro a notte per una stanza minuscola senza alcun servizio. Rapporto qualità/prezzo negativo.

Comfortable but bad staff.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. Puffy and soft.

Cons:

The staff was very lazy, which surprised me, 0 enthusiasm especially from one of the staff members at the front desk, she was consistently for our 4 days showing negative attitude, frowns, annoyance gesture - looking strangely at any question, did not try to help with anything even when she saw us having issues with preparing our luggage. The English level was abysmal. The shine of light was a different staff member that called us later to fix the issues that were piled up due to the incompetence of the lazy staff member that I mentioned earlier. She did not even try to open the door when we first came in to the hotel and just abruptly said to use our code and deal with the issues. Very very disappointed from this experience.

Location near the underground.
Quiet.

Cons:

Housekeeping is done only on the fourth and seventh days of the stay, that is not enough.
The bathroom was really small, even if it included all that is required.

車で行く人は注意
Pros:

部屋はきれいで快適でした。パジャマもフロントで無料で貸してもらえました。

Cons:

駐車場がないため、目の前のコインパーキングに一晩車を停めました。ですが、その駐車場が最大料金なしになっていて、翌朝出そうとしたら料金が16,800円で驚きました（夜暗くなってから到着したので、「最大料金なし」の看板が見えていませんでした）。
ホテルがどこかの駐車場と提携して一定の料金で駐車できるようにしたり、安い駐車場を教えてくれたりしたらよかったのにと思いました。

Cons:

Stanza un po’ piccola per 3 persone con 3 valige medie. Abbiamo dovuto impilare le du sedie e spostare tavolino in un angolo

Piccolo hotel in via tranquilla vicino castello Nijo.
Pros:

Hotel in zona tranquilla a pochi minuti da fermate autobus/metro. Camera doppia piccola ma funzionale. Bagno piccolo con vasca /doccia.

Cons:

Pulizia della stanza ogni tre giorni. finestra con vetri opacizzati che non permettevano di vedere fuori.
