Our room was located at floor 5, upper floor was swimming pool which transferred lots of noise our floor.

If you want vibes, this is the place!
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to beaty salons cafes, shopping and restaurantsls. Amazing staff that were so friendly and helpful. Great views from the Cafe and restaurant. I stayed in a garden view room, which was nice to have my morning coffee in and listen to the rooftop mudic.What a vibe!!!

Cons:

The bathroom mirror was not great for doing my make up with. But that was a VERY minor dislike. I would still book again! Such a wonderful hotel.

Très déçue…
Pros:

En bord de mer : superbes couchers de soleil.
Proche de l’aéroport (pas du luxe vue la circulation).
Le personnel adorable et serviable.
La salle de sport.
La jolie piscine sur le rooftop (mais cela a ses désavantages… cf ci dessous)
Les 2 restaurants : carte restreinte mais bons.

Cons:

La liste est longue : arrivée à 15:30, chambre pas prête (Check in 15h).
Beaucoup, beaucoup trop bruyant : de 6h30 à 23h, musique en continue.
Chambre jolie en apparence mais vieillotte (la salle de douche surtout au demeurant minuscule). Équipement minimaliste.
Très très mal insonorisée (télé dans la chambre voisine toute la nuit, musique extérieure etc).
Piscine : accès fermé 3 après midi sur 7 jours ! Normal, l’endroit est privatisé pour des mariages. Ça, on l’apprend la veille du soir des événements via un petit mot sous la porte (il est sûr que lesdits mariages doivent être organisés la veille)… Compensation : un cocktail offert mais attention, entre 16:30 et 17:30 le jour même.
Les restaurants : habituée à ce que les consommations soient mises sur la note, surprise qu’on vienne me réclamer le paiement directement (d’autant qu’on demande le numéro de chambre lors des commandes) : qu’on vienne vous réclamer le paiement en chambre le 1er soir, ça fait un peu voleur qui s’est barré sans payer.
La laverie : en soit très bien et gratuite MAIS : pas de sèche linge et rien pour accrocher les vêtements en chambre. Pas de drame sur ce point, à perfectionner simplement.

THE STAFF WERE VERY LOVELY AND THE ROOM WAS GREAT

Cons:

DIDNT LIKE THE BREAKFAST MENU. NOT MUCH TO CHOISE FROM. IF YOU DONT LIKE EGGS YOUR IN TROUBLE. TWICE IN 8 NIGHTS YOU COULD NOT USE THE ROOF TOP POOL OR BAR DUE TO PRIVATE FUNCTIONS. ONE OF THOSE NIGHTS THE MUSIC WAS VERY BLOODY LOAD. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO USE ANOTHER HOTELS POOL. I PAID FOR THE RT POOL ETC. JUST AFTER MONEY INSTEAD OF LOOKING AFTER YOUR GUESTS. I WAS GOING TO BOOK FOR DECEMBER AGAIN BUT HAVE DECIDED TO STALL AT THE POOLMAN
