Was average overall. Definitely wouldn’t say this is a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Good location, free drink on arrival, app to order water, food, pillows, etc.

Cons:

Not very clean, shower grout was black and yellow, bad built up limescale. Hallways smelly like old stagnant water. Pool had a lot of missing or broken tiles on the bottom which was quite sharp.

Pros:

Location in Kuta - fantastic! Staff just lovely. And the breakfasts AMAZING!!!

Cons:

My bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly prior to my arrival, so that was a bit gross. But it was all sorted, and perfect for the following seven days.

Pros:

The rooftop pool sells this place. But having said that it’s an ordinary pool with a lovely view. The was fine. Not sure what’s going on with hotel rooms in Bali but no wine glasses provided.

Cons:

Service was slow even in quiet times. Staff were lovely (of course) but at times the service was bordering on agonising. The food was average, few highlights in that area. The Mamaka is rated as four star. My view a solid three. Wouldn’t stay again

Synthia & staff are absolutely beautiful.

Pros:

Great and helpful staff, excellent location and amenities.

Cons:

Great hotel to stay and relax. No complaints whatsoever
Pros:

Excellent location, virtual beach front, first class accommodation, roof top restaurant and swimming pool, variety of day beds and gazebos next to pool, staff very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Nothing, everything exceeded my expectation.
