Did not get the room I reserved. Instead of two queens, we got a king and a twin rollaway with no blanket.
The room was clean and spacious. Very accommodating for my family of 5. Front desk staff were extremely helpful especially when needing an extra trundle bed for my oldest daughter to sleep in!

He said, it might be a deposit that hasn't hit yet, give it few days.
I waited 19 days, nothing reversed.my booking with booking.com was for $706.19+296.18 total 1002.37
They charged me a total of $1221.10
Aprox. $200 I don't understand.
I called couple times to talk to Zaldy, they said he was out.

I liked the facilities in the hotel and the staff were friendly
I didn’t like the location. The area was dangerous and the hotel did have extra security but I did not like walking around the place.
Did not eat at the hotel
We had an early flight so we weren’t able to take advantage of breakfast. Unsure if it is complementary or additional cost.
Although I see positive comments here regarding staff, we did not find the staff (front desk and bartender) to be very friendly…unlike other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed at recently. We felt like we were “inconveniencing” them.
