가족과 함께 근처 빠지를 이용하려고 예약했어요~ 일단 직원분들 친절하셨고 시설 깨끗하고 뷰는 그냥 미쳤어요ㅋㅋㅋ 인피니티풀은 규모는 작지만 깊이도 적당하고 사람도 별로 없어서 넘 좋았네요^^ 레스토랑은 실망스럽고 바로 옆 선상카페는 최고에요!

힐링하기에 좋은 최적의 호텔
Pros:

객실도 나름 깨끗하고, 예약후 먼저 전화주셔서 이것 저것 궁금한 걸 먼저 해결해 주시는 호텔은 처음 이었습니다.

숙박시설의 전체적인 컨디션, 위치, 시설 등 모두 만족스러우나, 리셉션 남자 직원의 비전문적 태도와 불친절한 조식카페 직원은 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 조식은 브런치 스타일로 오전 9시부터 12시까지 운영하는 것으로 알려 주셨는데, 11시에 방문했더니 본인들 예상보다 늦게 왔다며 잔뜩 짜증을 내시더군요. 제대로 알아들을 수 없이 웅얼거리는 말투로 조식 안내를 하시더니 제공받은 조식도 만족스러운 정도는 아니었습니다. 조식 가격이 그나마 저렴해서 (16,000원/인) 그냥저냥 먹었습니다만 유쾌한 경험은 아니었습니다.

그래도 가족들 힐링여행으로 바람 쐬러 갔는데 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.

북한강이 얼어서 뷰를 제대로 보지 못했어요! 겨울보단 여름에 이용하는게 좋을듯.. 그리고 1층이든 2층이던 강쪽 산책로 걷다보면 안이 다보여요… 프라이버시는 그닥 보증되지 않습니다 ㅎㅎ

위치 좋고 프론트 직원분, 미화도우미부등 친절하셨음.
다만 침구류에서 미세하게 좋지 않은 냄세가 있었음
청소 상태라기보다 침구류 세탁에 문제가 있는듯 보였음
층간소음 심한구조라 아쉬웠음
야외 수영장도 일정 시간 이후 사용금지하면 좋을듯.
늦은 시간까지 시끄러운 커플들이 있어 불편했음

전반적으로 청결 깔끔해요
Pros:

평일에 갔고 평일 가격으로는 만족스러웠고
주말 가격은 쬐끔 비싸네요
그래도 신축이라 깔끔 청결 새것 느낌 나고
수영장도 아주 크진 않지만 강 뷰가 아주 좋았습니다
다음에도 또 이용할 생각이 있네요~~~~

1층 객실이라 창문으로 내부가 모두 보이는 구조라 커튼을 닫고 지냈음. 생각보다 방이 너무 좁고 저녁엔 온수가 나오지 않아서 샤워만 함. 30만원 넘게주고 다시 가보고싶지 않네요..ㅡ.ㅡ 1층 객실은.비추 입니다.

룸컨디션 좋았고 깨끗하고 아이들이랑 묵기에 좋았어요! 인피니티풀도 너무 좋았고 자쿠지에서 바라보는 경치도 완벽했는데 다만 아쉬운게 있다면 직원들이 친절하지 않았고 자쿠지에 이물질이 많이 떠다니는게 조금 아쉬웠네요;; 그리고 4인 예약했는데 더블침대 달랑 한개라서 침구추가 물어보니 5만원이라고 해서 안빌렸어요ㅜㅜㅋㅋ2-3만원정도면 적당할것 같아요

또 가고 싶은 곳, 쾌적하게 쉬다 왔어요
Pros:

시설이 깨끗하고 청결해서 좋았어요. 뷰도 좋고 동절기에도 이용할 수 있는 인피니티 풀이 인상적이었는데, 한겨울이 아님에도 물에 들어가 놀기에는 물 온도가 좀 차더라고요. 야외 날씨에 맞춰 온도 조절을 더 신경써주시면 좋을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 분위기 좋은 레스토랑이 있어 멀리 나갈 필요 없이 근사한 저녁을 맛있게 먹었습니다. 솔직히 맛에 대한 기대는 없었는데 모든 음식이 맛있고 훌륭했어요!
