Just bein on top floor
We waited approximately 15 minutes at front desk before someone arrived to check us in. And the agent checking us in was not friendly…she had an attitude and did not apologize for our wait. Pool is NOT heated. It was very cold, no hot tub. We requested a high floor room, wasn’t given one. There’s a lot of noise from traffic outside, very busy area. I noted husband’s birthday on reservation but nothing was done. We’re gold Hilton members but no perks. I would not choose this hotel again.

Niyah at front desk was great and accommodated us nicely and even switched rooms for us. She also made sure we had extra pillows and blankets .
Breakfast was another story unfortunately
Day in and day out the bar was unkempt and under stocked while really nobody attended to it even though they were sitting next to it . Quality of food was sub par
Aside from that was a good family stay for us
No service here home2 means your at home take out your own trash change your own bed and clean the room yourself! Asked 3 times to get the room clean and every time I come back to the room nothing was touched. In 10 days they never cleaned or vacuumed the room.
