Pros:

After checking out i stayed a long time in the lobby working and it was very peaceful.

Cons:

There was a voice coming out of the sound system saying 3 times that the elevators were back in order and that the problem had been taken care of. I am not sure what that was about.

Recommended very popular -great staff
Pros:

Fun experience -the hotel was very busy, obviously very popular. We really enjoyed the pool although seating is incredibly difficult- we didn’t get seats and had to sit on a cushion!
But the staff for lovely the room was very nice housekeeping were very kind.

Great location, great stay
Pros:

I love the W. My first time staying at the location in Philadelphia. I was surprised that the rating was so low….i enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and all the staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. In typical W fashion it has a sexy vibe.The only ‘negative’ I had was the shower had a curtain and not a door. The floor/bath mat got pretty wet. I’ve seen people say the hotel was in an iffy area… I wouldn’t say iffy… it’s in the city so you are going to see city stuff but I never felt unsafe even at night.

Pros:

My stay was superb. I’m not sure where any of these bad reviews are coming from. The service was wonderful. The front desk was consistently helpful. The few requests I made were handled in minutes. The room was sexy and smart. Very comfortable, modern and clean. Robes were yummy. The pool is fine. Its more of a dipping pool - a nice little perk but I wouldn’t base my stay around it. The hotel stands very strong even if it didn’t have a rooftop dipping pool. I’d def stay here again.

Mooi hotel, uitbating kan beter
Pros:

Goeie ligging, mooi ruime kamers
Met prachtig uitzicht!

Cons:

Personeel was precies niet altijd even goed opgeleid! Ontbijt inbegrepen betekent betalen met vouchers, waardoor je veel kans hebt om extra
Te moeten betalen voor ontbijt.
