Check in staff were rude.
We arrived in the morning and were told are room s would be ready in 1-2 hours.
We went back on a number of times - 4 hours after we were told our room would be ready we were checked in at 4pm with desk clerk saying they did not have to check us in until 4pmunl
The decor was great. It felt sexy. Loved the view.
The shower pressure is AWFUL.
Breakfast and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. But you should change the end time for breakfast/room service, paperwork says 11am. I went down after 10:30 and everything was already shut down for breakfast on our second morning. Disappointing and we had to find breakfast outside of the Hotel.
I communicated with the staff that our flight was coming in early and asked if they could accommodate us? I was told that if available they could; when we arrived the receptionist said that they were unfamiliar and could only put us on a list for when a room becomes available??? Disappointing , so we had our driver take us to get a meal. About an hour later they texted and had a room ready. I had previously explained that my husband is a heart patient and he needs to rest throughout the day.
Hotel was great
The bed and breakfast isn’t actually bed n breakfast. It’s at restaurant on premises which is pricey. Bill was 125$ for two ppl with the 40$ credit they give you. There is no parking so you have to use valet which is 70$.
Easily accesible to all main sights in Philly. Wonderful bar and restaurant options within blocks. Staff do helpful and facilities are clean!

Our stay didn’t get off to the best start—we had to wait about an hour in the lobby for our room—but the exceptional staff quickly turned things around. They upgraded our room, treated the kids to free hot chocolate, and even provided a $50 room service voucher, which was a very pleasant surprise.
The room itself was stunning, with breathtaking views from the 48th floor and a stylish, moody aesthetic. Everything was spotless, and I had no concerns about cleanliness. Down in the lobby, the live music created a great atmosphere, and Andy at the bar was fantastic.
I also explored the 7th-floor amenity level, which features a rooftop pool deck with a bar, a spa, and a well-equipped fitness center. The pool was impressively warm despite the cool, breezy weather, and the fitness center was clean and well maintained.
Sleep quality was excellent, even though our room was directly across from the elevators—just a few minor disturbances late at night from people talking. In the morning, the lobby coffee bar was convenient and well stocked. Checkout was smooth, and the bell staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for a great stay!
