Overall the most perfect staycation
Pros:

The room design was superb and the pool was the highlight for me. I can’t wait to stay longer and use the spa and more services the hotel offers. The bar downstairs in the lobby has amazing crafted drinks and the restaurant attached has the same deluxe service and offerings. I can’t wait to come back! I recommend booking the corner suite on the upper floor for the most breathtaking views. But any room at the hotel is amazing.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

When I first checked in, the room assigned to me was already occupied by someone else. This is a basic mistake that should never happen in any properly managed hotel. To make matters worse, the key card they gave me was completely defective — it could not open the room door and did not work for the elevator either. I had to go back and forth between the front desk and the elevator three times before they finally reassigned me a different room.

The replacement room they gave me was located directly in front of the elevator. As a result, there was constant noise from people coming and going, and the soundproofing in the room was extremely poor. It felt like every conversation in the hallway could be heard from inside the room.

Throughout the night there were also strange noises coming from the ceiling, which made it very difficult to sleep. On top of that, the phone in the room was broken and did not work at all, which made it impossible to even contact the front desk.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the feeling that I was given one of the worst rooms in the hotel. As an Asian guest, the entire situation left a very bad impression.

Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. The lack of basic quality control, poor room conditions, and the way the situation was handled by the hotel made this a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Check your bank statements. They charge more than your invoice and more than ypur refundable deposit.

Valet gave me the wrong ticket number for me car. Also the hotel charged me a extra $20 and when asked for a a manager they said she is on a hour call and wont be able to help me. They say my payment and my invoice, showed no sympathy for customers
