Check your bank statements. They charge more than your invoice and more than ypur refundable deposit.

Valet gave me the wrong ticket number for me car. Also the hotel charged me a extra $20 and when asked for a a manager they said she is on a hour call and wont be able to help me. They say my payment and my invoice, showed no sympathy for customers

Disappointed compared to my usual stay there
Pros:

Location, pool and entertainment

Cons:

Surprise increase in pet stay that more than doubled and didn’t reflect the increase in website. Didn’t supply any bowls or frills that are usually given when bringing and paying for a pet. Fridge was broken, which they replaced but then that one broke as well.

Pros:

Beautiful accommodations and very pleasant staff who were very helpful! Great gym facility and views were amazing. The location was perfect for our needs and within walking distance to Reading Terminal Market and convention center!
