Buena ubicación, muy cerca de los puntos de interés de la ciudad. Se puede ir andando a todos lados. Nosotros contratamos una excursión a Plovdiv y el punto de encuentro era temprano y justo en frente! Buen desayuno. Variado y además puedes pedir algunos platos salados o dulces y te los preparan al momento. Habitación muy amplia. Nos sentimos muy cómodos.
Proceso de check out un poco largo. Teníamos el taxi fuera esperando y estuvimos bastantes minutos para realizarlo. En la piscina del spa no funcionaban correctamente todos los chorros.
Aun así disfrutamos mucho de las instalaciones.
The property was elegant with a lovely staff. The restaurant and bars were delicious.
Excellent stay! The hotel was extremely comfortable and made everything effortless from the moment I arrived. As soon as I entered the room, the TV displayed a very user-friendly menu introducing the hotel and its facilities, which helped me settle in immediately.
I also really enjoyed the Fitness Center, and the spa facilities were very good. Overall, a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. I would happily stay here again.
Great hotel, delicious breakfast, huge room, very nice and helpful staff.
The parking is 15 a day, and the pool opens for kids only in the morning
Cleanliness, location and rooftop bar was a good value 👍🏻 The breakfast was fair although the staff wasnt really helpful and with lack of manners…
Unfortunately the staff was cold and even a bit rude I would say the worst out of all the Hyatt hotels I have stayed all over the world… maybe its the local people manners?? Staff should improve definitely and learn how to treat guests!! Although I love staying at Hyatt hotel chains this one I would rate the lowest.

The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are large and spacious, and the breakfast is also very good.
The spa is small, but the service is excellent. I would like to highlight the courtesy of Sashka and Juliana.
The pool is small, and the water isn't heated enough, even in the seated pool area.
