Pros:

Genel olarak otelin konumu dışında öne çıkan bir özelliği olduğunu düşünmüyorum.

Cons:

Çocuklu aileler için uygun bir otel olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Çocuklu dört aile olarak planladığımız tatilde, rezervasyon/check-in sürecinde birlikte konakladığımızı belirtmemize rağmen özellikle aynı kata yerleştirilmedik. Daha sonra katlar arasında geçiş için kart okutmak gerektiğini fark ettik; bu durum, ailelerin bilinçli olarak ayrı katlara yerleştirildiği izlenimi oluşturdu.

Ayrıca çocuklar için havuz kullanım saatlerinin yalnızca 09.00–11.00 arasında olması oldukça kullanışsızdı. Kahvaltı saatine denk gelen ve sabahın çok erken kabul edilebilecek bu zaman diliminde çocukların havuzu kullanması pratik olarak mümkün olmadı. Havuz boş olduğu zamanlarda bile çocukların kullanımına izin verilmedi. Bu nedenle çocuklar tatil boyunca havuzdan hiç faydalanamadı ve tatilden oldukça mutsuz ayrıldık.

Resepsiyon alanındaki oturma imkânları da sınırlıydı; çocuklar zaman zaman burada vakit geçirmek zorunda kaldı.Çocuklu ailelere tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel değil.

Five stars!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel - excellent facilities and staff and loves the bar on the top floor.

Cons:

My husband and I weren’t able to play cards (quietly) at the table at the bar. This was a new rule to us (but one we obviously obliged to adhere to). The staff otherwise went out of their way to make our stay so special - we would highly recommend.

location is perfect. just some blocks from the Cathedral Alexander Nevsky. the room very good. breakfast nice !

Relaxing family weekend away
Pros:

Location is very good, very central and a good base to walk the city. Value for money for room only was excellent - we chose to eat out at local restaurants so I can't comment on the food. All the staff we encountered spoke good English and without exception they were all friendly. Check in / out was easy, rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable - ours had air con. Spa area was very clean and not too busy. The Scene (rooftop bar) was very pleasant although drinks a little more expensive (not ridiculous and you have to factor in the rooftop scene). The hotel was quiet at most times. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Sofia (we were a family of six adults / 3 rooms) and can highly recommend.

Top Notch Treatment and Comfort at the Hyatt Regency Sofia
Pros:

Just a 3 minute walk to St. Alexander Cathedral, Hyatt Regency Sofia is perfectly located for visiting Sofia. With the helpful guidance of Mr. Yurii D., the wonderful and charming night manager, we ate at some delicious restaurants and experienced the wonderful sites of Sofia. Our upgraded suite was spacious, beautiful and much appreciated, and the Regency Club was definitely nicer than the majority of those at other Hyatts. Thank you Mr. Yurii and the rest of the Hyatt Sofia staff for making Sofia such a wonderful experience, filled with great memories.

Consigliatissimo per passare dei lieti giorni a Sofia!
Pros:

Struttura situata in una posizione strategica del centro cittadino, vicino alla cattedrale della città. Ideale per visitare a piedi la capitale. Abbiamo ottenuto un upgrade gratuito della nostra stanza. Stanze ampie e belle. Ottima colazione! Bello ed elegante il bar sul rooftop.

Cons:

Presente della polvere e ragnatele in alcuni angoli della stanza. Ingresso dispersivo, non sembra di essere entrati in un hotel. Spa un po’ troppo piccola.
