Breakfast a bit too expensive for what it offers
I really enjoyed the overall experience. The setting is beautiful, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional, and everything was very well organised. Overall, it is a lovely place to spend a relaxing holiday.
The only area that I feel needs improvement is the quality of the food. It was certainly not bad, but it did not quite match the overall standard of the resort. I would personally prefer fewer options with a stronger focus on higher-quality ingredients, better execution and more consistent dishes. An upgrade in this area would significantly improve an otherwise excellent experience.
En revanche, nous avons apprécié le spa ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel à l’accueil, qui s’est montré sympathique et attentionné. La piscine était malheureusement assez froide. Le petit-déjeuner a également été un point positif, tant par sa qualité que par le personnel présent, enfin souriant, sympathique et à l’écoute des clients.
Le bruit provenant de la route est très important, notamment en raison de la circulation et de l’arrêt des bus touristiques juste en face de l’hôtel. Les fenêtres et leurs fermetures offrent une très mauvaise insonorisation.
Nous avons dû demander à trois reprises à changer de chambre. La situation n’a pas été prise en charge avant le soir, et seulement après avoir vraiment insisté. Finalement, nous n’avons pu obtenir qu’une seule chambre côté jardin sur les deux réservées. Les chambres côté rue sont donc vraiment à éviter.
Nous sommes très surpris qu’un hôtel de ce standing présente une insonorisation d’une qualité aussi médiocre. Nous avons également été particulièrement déçus par l’attitude de certains membres du personnel, qui nous ont répondu qu’ils « n’avaient pas le temps de s’en occuper ». Ce type de réponse est difficilement acceptable dans un établissement de ce niveau.
Nous séjournons régulièrement dans des hôtels de cette catégorie et, cette fois-ci, nous avons été franchement très déçus par Hyatt.
Par ailleurs, des plateaux avec des restes de nourriture traînent dans les couloirs. Les luminaires situés au-dessus du lit étaient sales, avec des insectes à l’intérieur, et généraient également du bruit.
Dans l’ensemble, une expérience très décevante, bien en dessous du niveau de qualité et de service que nous attendions d’un hôtel Hyatt.

It needs just small room fixing and it would be great to have the ability to turn off the room ac/ventilation; the air is very dry.
