Das Hotel ist eher ein 3-4 Sterne Hotel

Gute Lage

Cons:

Die Ausstattung für ein 5 Sterne Hotel war extrem schlecht. Wasserflaschenwar vorhanden, jedoch keine Trinkgläser. Es waren nur 2 Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Die Minibar war auch nicht gefüllt. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Zahnbürste oder Einwegrasierer und zudem hat der Fön nicht funktioniert. Das schlimmste war, dass wir bei Ankunft 15 Minuten warten mussten und keiner hat uns mit den Koffern geholfen. Für ein Hyatt Hotel ganz ganz schlecht.

Muhteşem konum, keyifli SPA, güvenli otopark, yüksek fiyat.
Pros:

Öncelikle bu oteli merkezi konumu, kapalı otoparkı olması, otoparkında aracımız için şarj imkanı sunması, spa ve havuz imkanı bulunması sebebiyle tercih ettik. Spa ve havuz alanını çocuklar 9-12 saatleri arasında kullanabiliyor. Odaları çok temizdi. Yatakları ve yastıkları çok rahattı. Kızım odadaki ek yatakta çok rahat ve mutlu uyudu. Balkonundan otelin arkasındaki yeşil alanı görebiliyordunuz. Kahvaltısı kaliteli ve lezzetliydi. Ancak kahvaltıda çeşit azdı. Özellikle peynir ve börek çeşitlerinin arttırılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Kahvaltıyı aldığımız giriş katındaki restoran çok şık ve iyi dekore edilmişti. Tüm şehri yürüyerek gezebilmek, aracınızı güvenli bir otoparkta bırakabilmek adına yüksek fiyatı kabul edilebilir diye düşünüyorum. Bir sonraki Sofya ziyaretimizde muhtemelen yine aynı oteli tercih edeceğiz.

Cons:

Konaklama fiyatını biraz yüksek buldum. Otopark için ekstra günlük 15 Euro alındı. Kahvaltısı iyileştirilebilir. Ancak genel itibariyle sundukları karşısında fiyatının kabul edilebilir olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bütçeniz müsaade ediyorsa bu oteli tercih edebilirsiniz, pişman olmazsınız.
