Pros:

松本城に近いので選びました。

Cons:

建物が3階建の1階に通されました。
窓の外が駐車場で人通りもあり、せっかくのお城も見えませんしセキュリティの面で不安がありました。

Avoid this hotel if you want to be treated as a guest.
Pros:

Near to Matsumoto castle.

Cons:

Of the 4 hotels I stayed in Japan during this holiday, this is the only hotel with bad hospitality. Everyone at the reception does not greet you, you can walk pass them as many times as you like, they just ignore you, it is as if you are invisible. Even the restaurant staffs also have the same attitude. The hotel staffs give you the idea that you are not welcome here.

Hotel claims parking available but they want you to park in a public carpark about 250 meters away. This is probably due to my first complain about poor hospitality.

Ubicación ideal para visitar el castillo de Matsumoto
Pros:

Hotel típico japonés con habitaciones pequeñas pero compactas y bien aprovechadas. Lo mejor es su ubicación para poder visitar el castillo de Matsumoto (se encuentra a escasos 200 metros). Dispone de unas pocas plazas de parking en el propio Hotel (desconozco si cuando se llena tienen algún parking cercano concertado)
