Pros:

Vi bodde där för vi skulle ut till ön. Gillar man onsen är detta trevligt men ingen in typ av hotell. Stora fina rum, och fint onsen. Inget fel på stället men jag kommer inte bo där igen.

Pros:

洗面台の水はけが非常に悪く、フロントに連絡したら男性スタッフが来てくれたが、排水溝の汚れたゴミ受けを普通に歯ブラシを置いてるところに直接ポンと置いてびっくり。
パイプフィニッシュを持って来てくれ、排水溝に注いで、1時間くらい置いて流したら少し改善されたが、定期的に排水溝のとても臭い匂いが換気扇まわっていても部屋中充満して、部屋にしみついたタバコの匂いと排水溝の匂いできれ本当に不快でした。
あと翌日背中をダニに複数箇所さされていて翌朝から数り日間とても痒かったです。
ウェルカムドリンクとシャンプーバーの位置が分かりにくく不便でした。
大浴場は綺麗でしたが、カゴスタイルで貴重品ロッカー設置タイプでした。髪を乾かす洗面台部分が4箇所で並んで乾かしました。
フロント横の海の景色は綺麗でした。

客室、お風呂、食事とも満足でしたが、トイレの水がしばらく勢いよく流れる為、最初は壊れたのかと思ったくらいでした。
節水の為にも調整した方が良いと思いました。

送迎バスがありホテルの行き帰りだけじゃなく　夕食に外食しに駅前に行った時も送迎して貰い
ウエルカム　ソフトクリームのトッピングも豊富で濃厚で　暑かったので　とっても美味しいかった
お部屋は広くて畳で過ごしやすく　大きな窓があり厳島神社の鳥居が遠くに見え　深夜　星が大きく近くに見え綺麗でした
温泉も気持ちよく3回入りました。
露天風呂の温度がぬるくて　もう少し熱いほうが良かったです、湯上がりビールと檸檬サワーがめちゃ美味しく　ピノも頂きました。
スタッフの方々は皆　丁寧で優しかったです
機会があったら　また宿泊したいホテルでした
お世話になりました。
