Very convenient location. Hotel and room were clean. Fairly quiet.
We arrived during the changing of shifts around 3:30. Computers had to be rebooted and staff straighten desk from morning shift. Afternoon staff weren’t as friendly as they could have been; however one of them in Green Home2 shirt did her best. Awesome breakfast,
Room was not completely clean. Pillows smelled funny. Area surrounding
Everything was very clean, playing pool was really fun. I went on a rainy day so I couldn’t try the pool but definitely saying again
Very nice /
Perfect for my trip in proximity to downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Kenya at the front desk was amazing
Property is good if you're looking for somewhere that's close to major shopping centres and restaurants. It's a convenient location for stays in and around Ft Lauderdale. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Thiss place was awesome great locaation clean and awesome staff this is my favorite hiton pllaace when i travell here
Nice
The rep was great she was very kind and patient with me her and the other young lady they made me feel very welcome and at home like I was back in Jacksonville but better thank you very much 💚
The ladies at the front desk, the cleaning people and the breakfast squad was on point! The hotel was very clean and quiet! Breakfast was great.
I had an unexpected long stay at tru. Great hotel - amazing staff - amazing breakfast- good spot
property is old or has been used hard and it shows. hot water took forever to get hot in the shower and had pressure shuddering issues so the plumbings bad. the whole room smells strongly of cleanser so you're inhaling fumes all the time. Pool area has absolutely zero shade and you get cooked, no umbrellas or anything like that. right next to a homeless camp of people so safety is a thing and then they also have the nerve to charge $35/nite for parking. No water stations so you're forced to have bottled water (though they give you 2 bottles) it's just a shoddy property that needs a complete refresh.
Room was clean and modern. Near down town and a short drive to the beach and Wilton Manors.
The hotel was great. We used the pool, gym and enjoyed the bar. The free breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. Parking is tight. The neighborhood is good for walking during the day, but lots of homeless folks around the bus transfer station that is a block away. Location is convenient to downtown, the beach, Wilton Mannor and Miami not far. Will stay again.
Friendly staff
Not up to standards
I had an incident during my stay. I am a single dad to a toddler daughter and she needed to use the bathroom while we were having breakfast. I asked front desk personnel if the hotel had a family restroom and when they said no, I explained she needed to go immediately and to please check if there were any persons using the female restroom as I don't like nor I think is appropriate to take a little toddler girl to the men restroom.
When the employee checked it out, there was no one in the restroom so I proceeded to enter with my girl. That's when the Employee blocked my entrance and physically stood up in front of me and would not let me move. She and another employee were very rude towards me.
It is unacceptable that in 2025 a single dad like me cannot go into a female restroom that is empty with his toddler daughter. Hilton must address this situation through training and even better building a small 1 stall family restroom for cases like this.
.
Very nice area. The hotel is very nice. The down side is the parking. The parking is not free with your stay. You have to pay separately for it.
