The rooms are nice and spacious. Cleaning could be more thorough.

Cons:

In the room I was given I found some shears in one of the lamps on the desk. It creeped me out as that’s an odd place to put those, but that should’ve been removed when housekeeping did the cleaning. I tried using the in room phone to call the front desk and that didn’t work. I used my cell phone to look up the number to call. The woman who answered said she could come get them in the morning but didn’t offer me another room. At this point it was about 1030pm and me and my daughter were soo tired from our drive that we just slept there. The person in the room above me was pacing back and forth all night that I barely got any sleep. The next morning I went downstairs and requested another room. I was thankful they placed me on the top floor. I slept better. One of the towels on the bathroom had what appeared to me dry blood on it. I didn’t let anyone know as I was checking out that morning.

A peaceful stay
Pros:

The rooms are large & comfortable- coffee & breakfast is very good. They cleaned our room after the second night and provided extra wash cloths etc. staff were friendly

Cons:

The only bad was there was no hot water one day, happened to be the day we were going for my brother’s memorial service. Had to take a fast COLD shower and wasn’t able to wash hair. However I requested and was given a discounted rate for the day. By that evening the hot water was fixed so all ended well.

The assistance of the staff, Shawnea will definitely bring us back.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Several choices of eggs and meats. My wife left her purse, Shawnea made special effort to go to the room and find it and hold it for us. We returned to get it and had car problems, she went above and beyond her duties to assist us in resolving the problem. She was very helpful in every way. Shawnea is an Exceptional person and employee for your corporation and needs to be acknowledged for her service and dedication to your organization and the customers that she serves.

Cons:

Access to the eggs and meat. It was in an acrylic cabinet and a little difficult to get to. But not a major problem.

Pros:

Clean, bed was extremely comfy ,room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Check in was a little complicated but worked out at the end. Think staff may have been new. Super sweet though.
