Lo único destacable fue la buena disposición del personal de seguridad, quienes en todo momento intentaron ayudar. Sin embargo, al tratarse de una operación remota, no tienen la capacidad ni la información suficiente para resolver problemas en el momento, lo que termina generando una experiencia poco eficiente. Además, al no estar en sitio, la atención se percibe poco empática al momento de levantar una queja o comentario.
No cumplió con estándares básicos de higiene, por lo que decidí retirarme pocas horas después del check-in. Ninguna de las soluciones ofrecidas resolvía el problema. Las sábanas tenían manchas visibles, había suciedad en distintas áreas y el mobiliario también presentaba falta de limpieza. Incluso las habitaciones alternativas mostraban condiciones similares, lo que refleja un problema general. Una experiencia completamente inaceptable.

La televisión nunca sirvió. Se reportó y nunca nos apoyaron. La recámara en la tarde es un horno a pesar del aire acondicionado

la habitaciòn es lo mejor, me encanta este hotel, siempre llego aquì cuando vengo a Guadalajara por negocios o de turista con mi familia, cuartos amplios y bien equipados con vistas panoràmicas, tambièn la ubicaciòn es excelente dentro de una de las colonias mas bonitas y tranquilas, con muchos restaurantes muy cerca.
en esta ocasiòn no funcionaba el elevador principal por lo que usamos el de servicio y no podias tener acceso con tu tarjeta, habia que esperar a que recepciòn fuera apoyarte siempre, fuera de eso todo bien.
